I have always been happy with Snapgear units. Most also have hardware based Encryption acceleration for IPSec and PPTP VPNs. As for setting up with SIP, use a VPN, or call their tech support line and they'll help you. i wouldnt tuch sonicwall with a 10 foot pole when it comes to asterisk.
