[asterisk-users] running twice

Dear
I am using an asterisk 1.2.7.1 , with postgres
and safe_Asterisk, for running, asterisk.
but there is a problem, 
after 2-3 hours after restarting any things, top
shows me, that, two asterisk, are now running, and one
of them, gets 99.7 percent of cpu.

Do you have any idea?
