It means for some reason you lost your CO line for 10 Seconds. Either someone pulled the plug out by mistake or the Exchange line went away for 10 seconds. There are many programs that will tail one or more log file looking for specific patterns and doing notifications and actions on them. I don't have one handy, but they are out there, both free and commercial. You could try to do a look at freshmeat, look for ctail or swatch...
