The following works for me, for e.g. extension number '5301' with a
secret of 'secret' on server '192.168.1.1'

Addressing
SIP Address-of-Record (AOR): sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]

Registrar Server
Domain: asterisk
Expiration: 3600

Authorisation
Update Authorisation: checked
Username: 5301
Realm: asterisk
Password: secret
Retype Password: secret
