I did contact the developer a while ago to ask what happened to the game at that stage he said progress was slow but would continue. Ive sent another E-mail. I decided to get an Olympus LS-14, which is currently been shipped.About the core-sound-system: My father suggested another solution; Building a binaural sound system ourselves.The only thing you need to build it up is a cheap pair of headsets and two small, high quality mics which are priced at about 35 cents. You now open the headsets and replace the speakers and all that stuff in there with those mics, after drilling a small hole into the headsets where the mics fit in. This purpose is actually for in-ear-recordings, however you can also clip the headsets somewhere, after optionally placing a clip near the headset. @Devin, its sort of amusing to hear you talk about constant flood of arcade style games and simple games, sinse exactly the same things have pretty much been said every single year! The ironic thing is, for someone whos been around as long as I have the over all audiogames landscape has changed a lot. yes, there are still the simple arcade titles, but there are also lots of more complex games too. Road to rage, Swamp, Smugglers, Time of conflict, Kodp etc.Indeed, compared to the era when shades of doom was pretty much it for complex fp games, the games from somethinelse like papasangre are actually pretty dam advanced. so, yes, while I agree complex and absorbing games are great, at the same time, as I have seen ings considderably improve I can say the situation has been farworse in the past and is likely to get better in the future. As regards blindfold racer, were it marketed (as the bavisoft games were), as a game for adults I
 d entirely agree that things are far too condescending, sinse its a game for kids though Im willing to let things slide. Regarding audio assistance, one thing to remember is that part of the purpose of papasangre and other games is to get sighted people playing audio games. I view papasangres hints in this light (and with the proviso about kids those of Blindfold racer too). Remember, these games are on the ap store and so are very different from games from years ago which only blind people will play. As such a little poke in the ear holes is probably necessary and if a company like somethinelse can do so while preserving the games atmosphere, all the better. Hi.Sorry to dubble post, but I would make sure my comment regarding to gaming on a virtual machine made through. [[wow]] this topic has grown a lot while Ive been out of the country this weekend. I didnt had the japanese games in mind then I said that money is required to make a quallity game. I must at mit I havent played bk3 much yet. then I mentioned quallity games, I had mainstream games like Resident evil 6 in mind. I see some nice features and solit gameplay in this game, which easily could have been translated into an audiogame. I mentioned games which would take months to complete. I had games like GTA in mind, where one of the games takes nea
 rly 150 hours to complete. That would take months for me at leased, sinse I have a job and are doing lots of other things as well than playing games. Could you imagine a mud like alter aeon in a full audiogame where you have to walk and played the game using a graphical interface instead of typing in commands? Imagine this huge world, all the quests, a voice chat, text chat and all the features made in an audiogame. that is how some of the high quallity online mainstream games are today. I must at mit I havent played alter for very long time now, sinse I havent had time to play the game. The game price is £16.5 here in Britain,  [[wow]] the dolar isnt doing well these days, I remember when 26 dollars would be closer to 20 quid). the trailer sounds interesting, but sinse racing isnt particularly my thing Id prefer to play a demo first, still more if the game is essentially an arcade game and doesnt involve buying upgrades, owning money, customizing your racer, having many different tracks etc. Also, while I definitely am waiting for the Iphone release of inquisitors heartbeat before I get the game Im not sure about this one, sinse it strikes me controlling a racing spaceship with the analogue touch screen or gyroscope movement of an Iphone would be a rather different experience to using arrow keys and would likely considderably change the game.

I really think their partnering with Neuance did that. To be fair, vocalizer isn’t as quirky as Ivona or Accapela, in my opinion, but still, Alex does sound, slightly, more like a Vocalizer voice. I really really hope Apple completely breaks with Neuance and does everything themselves, because when they do things themselves, it all, just, works.

@Dark: I dont think anybody would disagree that getting stuck for half an hour fighting a parser is acceptable. Clearly, thats a failure case. Have you tried beta-testing IF? Your feedback would surely be valuable.Of course, one might wonder why others do not seem to have the same issues with quite such regularity as you appear to, even when you take into account the shift in tone from amusingly literary puzzle-solving to emotional and deeply-integrated plot lines. I just cant answer that question for you, Im afraid. No insult intended. I know for a fact youre not the only one.
