Re: The killer as far as I can tell the game is not going to be made payed. Ivan's decision to make it payed was against me too, I do not personally see it as a game of a high enough caliber to warrant that. And do to the language it's coded in, it will never be. The reason I am in the project is because I wanted to work on something that would actually touch the public and try my hand at coding a little again. But I do think making it payed would decrease the playerbase hugely and we're just now starting to get a decent one. As of this moment, it is still free, although the server is down due to another server switch, this time from ivan's linux server/wine host to vlad's windows server. Pings are slightly affected, not when idle but sometimes when doing things. I'm trying to get a team system in before the next release, and now that we have toolboxes, vehicle repairs are on the way. I apologize for the server downtime, but for some reason the linux server crashes all the time and as you know, it is impossible to see why it's crashing there when using wine. Well, linux itself isn't crashing, just our little sandboxed process is and we can't figure out why. That's why the windows server is a great help, because we have a runtime meter that works on it. As of progress in the update, shelters are still being debugged, and the team addition will hopefully begin shortly. I'm thinking one thing at a time. Vehicle repairs will be easy to implement, but teams, not so much. Especially with the little plan I have set up in my head for teams, they would be extremely complex pieces of code involving objects and all the arrays and saving and such to get it done, so it doesn't bwake like redspot has. Although sam has done a great job at fixing it. I of course do not wish a flame war started over what I consider a dead subject, and making it payed seems to be a dead subject to us in the dev team. I myself do not agree with some of ivan's views, and that it will get rid of cheaters is one of them. Another is that it would keep the playerbase solid. I know a handful of players that are regulars that would most likely disappear if the game were to become payed. So as far as the payed subject goes, I would consider it a battle won for the community unless ivan says something else. Thank you all for taking interest in this project, and I myself am glad to have even the playerbase we had on our linux based server, and I hope that soon you will all be able to experience an active server again on the windows one. Thank you for playing the killer, and remember, I am still open to suggestions. Running people over with tanks has apparently been one of them, who says yes to that. A lot of the times, when this happens, what I will get if I try to start it up again is that sorry, I can't access your starlanes skill right now. So, how can I stop this, or what. I wish I could lock the screen, but again, that just stops everything. The only temple is the place you go after each story point to save and upgrade your weapon. If you're talking about the forest of wind which is north of the city... you can't even go in there until you've been inside the castle. Adding effects to your equipment is just the beginning! Creating spellstaffs is where the real fun is. had I known long ago I could use a gust of w ind spellstaff to practically achieve the same thing I could with tempest while conserving a ton of mana in the process, I would have done it long ago. Yes, for anyone who just missed that, any spell you load into a spellstaff not only allows you to cast the spell faster and without using and abusing your own mana, but also makes the spell, regardless of the spell's overall nature, an area effect spell. Once again, gust of wind, fist of the earth, call lightning! Want to cast these at multiple mobs without using your own mana? Use! A! Spellstaff! the downside, of course, is that the spell is generally weaker than it would be as cast by the original caster under most if not all circumstances, but seriously! why tinker around with casting entangling roots at each target in turn when you can just, tap your staff on the ground and grab everyone at once!then there's things like control weather! Load that into a spellst aff and make it rain, then generate tempest force winds, and then cast call lightning at a target and watch what happens! Boom! Flood a square and cast riptide! Don't even get me started on the newest change to suncatchers! It almost makes necros feel useless, and I'm loving it!I wish I had actually chosen druid mage; I started my druid long ago and unwisely chose cleric as my second... SHAME SHAME! I would like to have jaws as the primary voice, and NVDA as the modal for announcing placenames so they don't cut off the main voice like they do if you just use a single screen reader. I've typed NVDA in the eurofly.ini file after modalvoice=, but it doesn't seem to work. If I don't have NVDA running on the desktop, no placenames are announced, and if I run NVDA, it speakes placenames, but also speaks menus, edit boxes etc along with the primary voice. What am I doing wrong?. re: turning on to runways: I set my speed at 100, then as soon as I hear my runway, I do a control left or right immediately, and it seems to work fine. That doesn't mean everyone is bad but you do have to watch out for yourself where ever you go. As for people always killing in the US it’s not like everyone here owns a weapon and you have a western shoot out every day at 5. Sure there is crime but where ever you have a large population of people you are going to have crime. There is just no getting around that. I'd suggest you'd change your criteria for where you want to live. If you don't want discrimination you should try somewhere less populated. Finding a lot of things for the blind is also not very realistic because sadly we live in a visual world. Some countries might have more audio cross works, or things to help blind people more than other countries but still the amount of things like that are low. For example I had to fight for years to get an audio cross light near me so I could take the bus to school. It only got in after state officials saw nearly 2 accidents happening at that intersection. Your equipment is left in your corpse when you die, so you can get your equipment back then if no one else loots your corpse first. Your corpse lasts for a period of time long enough for you to run back to it and see what's left. (Often times your allies will loot your corpse and come bring you your equipment to save it from the enemy). The fighting between the forces of good and evil is fierce.You might have lost equipment before because you just quit where ever you wanted to. If you exit out of the game without renting a room at an inn/tavern then your equipment will fall on the ground. There are "rent" spots all over Arda, and basically this is to keep people from trying to escape an enemy battle by quitting. Usually, if you do lose your equipment, people are very willing to come to your aid and help you gear up again. It is the American dream, which I call a bad dream, where people want to step up all the latters of society and be on top of the players, or amongst the best players in the country. It is sad that people for money are ready to give up the love of the family and go for the pleasure of money. It is this dream which started to be seen by people during 1930s and it triumphantly succeeded in taking in the people and America so far has managed to spread it far beyond its boundries.As about schooling or education, I'd say the phenomenon you mention happens nearly everywhere. In my country, having a calculator is nearly essential for the student as he or she is lazy to tire his mind with the process of calculating and memorising. As far as education is imposed on the student rather than acquired willingly by the student himself, there will hardl y be any chance of having a competent generation who is ready to deal with every sector of life and face any difficulty in the course of life.Finally, if you don't like the USA, you may consider migrating to Canada; it's not really bad and it is a country of a great standard and the support for blind people is not really bad. Such is against the ideology and God given command to walk your way in peace and non-retaliation in all situations and only be loving, kind, merciful and compassionate to all be they true or untrue. I remember a very annoying problem that you need to find some new gear very often. I don't remember if you need to find some gear again each time you log in, or if it was each time you died. That was so fun! The building was slow, that multiplying was slow and I think some of the others were slow too, but most of the basic tasks were faster, so you really could get to making factories and cities and stuff.Dang I love this game! There are only jailbreaks available for IOS 10.1.x and 10.2, and I don't believe either one of those versions are being signed right now, so I hope you have the Blobs. People have been discussing the problems that they have been having with the 9.3.x Pangu jailbreak on the Jailbreak subreddit, and i believe a few members have been playing around with possible solutions. Regardless of whether or not a solution has been found yet, the Jailbreak subreddit is still an awesome resource to keep around. Keeping an eye on it has proved to be worth my time in many ways.
