I received this earlier and I'm not sure what to make of it. the famous company that brought us kurt wolf and airic the cleric are now offering this new service I really don't understand. especially after I pre ordered airic 2 about 5 years ago and it's still never been made. i'll let you all make up your own minds:Hey there,I want to tell you the news. For those that can understand it, that is awesome for all of you. But a good guide would probably have been useful for those who can't.I'm not sure how true that is necessarily as I could make sense of it if I wanted to decode the grammar and take the time to. However, that isn't helping or saying much for those that don't have the time or patients to grammatically correct this stuff in their heads, Possibally horrible joke aside, for those that need help making the block shelter, maybe someone can help. However, I can't assist, as I have never made it myself.

Didn't fix anything? How about being constantly sniped/killed by players that are simply impossible to kill due to outrageous amounts of health/shields/stats.OP teams are still a big issue, but their is unfortunately an extremely simple remedy, wait until the team is offline and destroy/lockpick the base without any opposition what so ever. A reset, in a game like redspot, would basically be saying hey I know you've collected a bunch of items but well, sorry.For the killingground, as stated in the motd, the feature should be treated experimentally, and as such we're discussing items that shouldn't be used on the map as well as a few other possible approaches. I totally understand this, many times I've been killed by those with a m24/mlk before I really had the chance to item grab. Also, the newest update makes it so players can only be on for an hour, before their automatically teleported.An AFK time limit is actually in the code, just need a sound and we're good to go.

There's an update, with some of the issues people have reported being fixed.Notice, though, that the sounds and voices are still the same, and the general feel hasn't really changed. So if anything in the below changelog is what gave you trouble, maybe try again. If you didn't like it for some other reason, you should probably skip this one.Oh, and another important thing: online has not been fixed.Replace the existing exe file with the patch:https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9y2y … lVmcndKbVUChanges in 0.4b:- The BGM goes back to normal after the encounter in tutorial 1.- That combo that trips everyone up should be fixed.- Keyconfig should now tell you what key a button is set to.- Removed some debug cheats that controllers were accidentally triggering.- Lan-Long should now make sounds while idle.- There is now an extra message in the tutorial remix to emphasize that the qi button can be used to open doors.- Should now be a sound to indicate when instructions or dialog starts.- Expanded joystick deadzone a little.- Hopefully fixed the bug where you could pick up a broken crate before it disappeared. This was making it very frustrating to pick up the items that fall out of the crates.- Fixed an error in one of the secret levels which would cause the game to crash if you were airborn.- You should no longer hear a knife on the ground if you picked up a second one.- AI in 4-3 wasn't behaving as I wanted, so it's been tweaked a bit.- Attempting more lag-reduction measures.- The audio is no longer screen-locked. The Braille should still be framed correctly.- Some minor changes to tutorial messages, mostly to add information such as the radar.- A sound should play when dialog or instructions are finished.- Hopefully fixed the problem where too much qi in the lower gauge allows some enemies to cheap you to death. Triads and Yakuza were especially bad about exploiting this.- Set the points you get for defeating some enemies, who previously only gave you your last streak and nothing else.- Changed the way the nostun flag works, so that enemies can be completely unstunnable. Hopefully this will make the Steel Rover more challenging, since that was how I originally intended that to work!- There was a bug where ninjas who stole a defeated opponent's identity would sometimes move in very strange ways, teleporting and sliding through the ground and such, making them nearly impossible to hit. Hopefully, this has been fixed.- Character select should now speak characters' levels and scores.- The alternate endings should be properly separated, now. - The bug where certain important interactive objects stopped playing sound if they went off screen has hopefully been fixed.- A ledge/slope detection sound should now be available. It plays when you hold forward to walk or run, but not on your first step, so be careful.- It should now be easier to cancel out of a dash by crouching.Oh, I also tried to record a Letsplay of the whole thing, but not sure if it's worth uploading, given the sounds / beta Vs spoilers / etc. Also I have no idea how to convert .ogg files to Youtube videos

hi,I am using a version of utorrent to download torrents. However, it won't download torrents who's creators set the pieces over 32 mb. Does anyone know of an accessible torrent client that does not have this limitation.Edit: it appears deluge doesn't. Is it accessible? The site says it has a web UI.

Guh I just realized I forgot to remove some of the old makeshift weapons. ... Oh, well.- Shops, armor, etc have been updated in accord with the changes in Swamp.- The aiming problem with custom bosses should be fixed!- If you get "the variable [ally.*.x] could not be found" messages, type res into the chat box. That _should_ fix it without taking away their non-arrow ability to back you up.- At any time, you can type armor or skills to open the corresponding menus.- It kiiinda feels harder to me, so I'd recommend saving often. The maze generator is still buggy with ambience placement, and in huge maps with high numbers of ambiences, this simplifies finding the ones to move/edit considerably.- Alt-tabbing to and from the editor should no longer toggle braille output.- You can now jump to the northwest and southeast corners of the map by pressing ctrl+home and ctrl+end, respectively.- Pressing escape at the add beacon prompt now cancels, instead of adding a nameless beacon.- The prompts to set the story text for the safe zones and outposts should now contain the existing text as default input.As always, report bugs and incomprehensibility as you find them.

That rate boost thing is only some sort of wave reshaper though, it doesn't make it speak any faster, and if you go much about 15 with it on, you start to hear weird artifacts. It's really a subjective thing, I for one don't like the metallic, robotic, harsh sound it produces, while others just see a synth that does reasonably well at fast speeds.

I’ve been letting my mind run wild a bit and have pulled together an idea of what I’m thinking. It’s potentially quite a big project so don’t expect anything in the next month or so, Also at this moment in time this has captured my imagination and I’m quite enthusiastic about it however I’ve got a folder of projects sitting on my computer that I’ve started and didn’t really go anywhere. I’m hoping this won’t be another one of these. But I don’t believe in miss leading people so consider the below a set of ideas which “could” turn in to a game, there’s no promises.Take a look at the brain dump below. This isn’t a complete set of features I think the game may have, it just some ideas I’ve had as I’ve been reading the various replies I received. Are there additional things you’d like to add to the wish list? Again, no promises that any of the below or any ideas will make the final cut but if we’re thinking big then why not add things. It’s much easier to add ideas in at the design stage rather than trying to squeeze them in at a later date.So my ideas:ConceptYou start in an empty field. Your task is to take your empty field and turn it in to a city. The main scoring mechanism is the population of your city.The terrain of your city plot will be randomly generated. Somewhere on the field will be an interstate/motorway which you need to connect your road system to for contact with the outside world. There may also be a river, lake, mountains, sea shore, national railway link, natural resources such as coal, iron, copper, gold, stone, ETC. The environment will be randomly set at the start. This will include factors like average yearly temperature, rain fall, wind.Game play.I was thinking 2 modes of game play. A city planner part where all of the money stuff is managed for you and it’s all about laying out your city and designing the environment. In this mode every time you build a road it'll automatically include the utility supply systems. The idea is that this mode is more casual.The second mode is city mayor where all of the below is up to you. More complex but allows for more interesting game play.You'll be able to move around your plot of land in a 3d sound environment, similar to how you did in Park Boss. Depending on what players think a future update may include the ability to drive around the city.Most spoken text will be done using screen reader/tts however there'll be a spoken guide that is able to give context sensitive hints, this is the help system.I'm planning that there will be basic textual information on screen. Interaction will be via keyboard or game controller.You'll be able to build multiple cities at one time and the mode, planner or mayor, will be set on a per city basis.In a future version you may even be able to tour other player’s cities.UtilitiesFor water supply, power, telephone/internet service, natural gas, water purification, ETC., you start out by getting this from the national grid. Each will have a cost associated with the supply of the utility. You will be able to build industrial facilities for all possible utilities which can reduce the need for the national grid. There will be different types of industrial units you can build. For instance, for power you could build different types of power plant, nuclear, coal, gas, wind, hydro, sola. I completed AHC again, along with all sidequests. I did not get the good ending, and when I try to wear the ring you get after defeating Lord Adrianus, I get a message that says that only the true hero of Farhaven can wear that ring. What did I need to do to be allowed to wear it, and how are you supposed to get the good ending?

For now I give up. My PC is low-end to run virtual machines.What I'm going to say will sound strange, but when I uninstalled the graphics driver the OCR add-on recognized some things, and when I reinstalled the graphics driver the OCR result is just symbols as I said before.When I have the graphics driver installed, and I position myself on the bridged VST window, OCR recognizes things that are from other window (eg, from the desktop or folders), and I am correctly positioned with the NVDA object browser.Before anyone asks, I installed the correct driver from the manufacturer's support page of my PC.

I honestly hate how these manufacturers are messing up the sound drivers. It really drives me crazy. Everything is autogaining and whatnot. If you looked at that linked video above you will hear just how much it messes with eloquence and the intro to grizly gulch. It makes things that are mono into stereo.. Plus they have these inaccessible interfaces that even screen review in NVDA are not able to interact with. If you listen to the end of my video you will hear an example of that. In terms of getting the windows driver to work I had to go into the properties of my sound card in device manager  and choose the driver manually. Just hit update driver and  then let me pick from a list of drivers on my computer and just hit high definition audio device or whatever. This is the text of the dialog where it is. I honestly hate how these manufacturers are messing up the sound drivers. It really drives me crazy. Everything is autogaining and whatnot. If you looked at that linked video above you will hear just how much it messes with eloquence and the intro to grizly gulch. It makes things that are mono into stereo.. Plus they have these inaccessible interfaces that even screen review in NVDA are not able to interact with. If you listen to the end of my video you will hear an example of that. In terms of getting the windows driver to work I had to go into the properties of my sound card in device manager  and choose the driver manually. Just hit update driver and  then let me pick from a list of drivers on my computer and just hit high definition audio device or whatever. This is the text of the dialog where it is. Hi.I do have some ideas, also going into the city building or trucking sim game, I am not sure if we could pull real world maps from somewhere so we could drive in different cuntrys, a lot would need to be done by sapi if we would do that, but personally speaking, I wouldn't mind.Another idea is something like an open world raceing game, also with real world maps if possible.The concept could be that you buy your first car, and upgrade it with fitting parts, for example if you buy a sleak sports car, it wouldn't make sense to put muscle car tires or shassy on it due to the waight.You would than earn money by completing races against AI oponents, or against people in an online mode on town streets, through the cuntryside and so on if that is even possible.Another idea would be similar to CSR racing on the iPhone and Mac, a racing game focusing on drag racing, upgrading your car and climbing up the ranks.Greetings Moritz.

sounds very cool. Reminds me of pub g if anyone knows what that is. Players can go in teams of up to 4 and work together or play alone. up to 100 people can play on each round. They parachute out of a plane and onto the map which is randomised each time. There are various items to pick up, IE things to defend you like bullit proof vests and helmits, various guns and boms and many more things. Planes perform drops every so often with new items. There is also a feature that you cannot just stay well away from the action and try to win by doing nothing. You start taking damage if you are not in the correct zone, for example a zone can be made around players to draw them more together. Just some ideas there.

Okay, here's one that we don't see, a fishing, and hunting game. We see a lot of mainstream ones, some good, some bad, but yeah. You'd go up the ranks, starting out small, fishing out of a pond, and selling your catches to make money to buy stuff, like food, more bate, and eventually better poles, and eventually boats, which need fuel, and maybe you could even hire people to work for you.

I actually have an extra wolf pelt in my inventory but can't seem to sell it anywhere. As for me I'm still trying to locate the last bandit camp(s) in Laying Down the Law. I've been wandering around in the forest for the past couple days looking for it. I also had a question about characters. Gwen and Alexia both have the option of increasing stats if you converse with them and give them encouragement, but it seems that Matthias and Simeon don't, even though you do get the opportunity to ask Simeon about his father at one point, which would seem to have the possibility to encourage him or whatever. Even Matthias has what would seem like a chance for a stat increase if you bring him along during the final part of the Family Legacy quest. But again, nothing really happens. So do these two not have that chance?

You could get a midi controller for a fraction of the price of a full-on synth. Plug it into your computer and you can play Garageband with it. They can be anywhere from $35 to the low $100s but typically the ones that are $100something are the irig keys keyboards that are designed for use with mobile devices.

And Espeak, whether you like it or not, isn't as crappy as one makes it out to be. It can do great at fast speeds. Natural voices always end up slurring their speech as the speed gets faster. They're getting better at avoiding this, but a lot of them still do. As for espeak with voiceover? Someone did it, but not sure where it went.

post 10, how do I get the generic windows 10 drivers? in the meantime, I disabled volume leveler, (not sure of exact wording) but left dolby enabled. while that didn't fix things being louder than others, it did fix the ability for  dolby to mute my screen reader.

I would like to throw out some ideas here.First of all, i would like to see a ship simulator or something's close to a game called sea of thieves where you are in control of a pirate.Another idea that come to mine is an interactive adventure like the telltale series where your choices plays a big role, which can lead to multiple endings and branching story paths. Not only that, in some scenes there will be parts where you have to walk around, interact with objects or npcs, solve puzzles, and complete quick time events.Then, another idea is you could make a tactical strategy games like XCOM or strategy RPGS like valkyria chronicles or final fantasy tactics

Looking on the forum, I was able to figure out the item you require in your invintory to get them, however after re-landing after they were stuck on the plane they don't appear in my invintory, as far as I can tell. Hi nick,Glad to see that you are taking feedback from the community!A shame about a farm game, would have loved one,but I respect your choice.Out of all the suggestions so far, I would really like to see a trucking game, I.E buy different moddles of trucks, second hand old ones at first from a few different choices available,select a root,take on contracts and do runs, if we could drive those trucks it would be even better,but I will take the non driving one as well  build up cash,buy better trucks, engines tires,fuel etc.I could describe it a bit more if there is interest by nick or anyone else.Grryf

Sorry, my mistake. I just check, 11.2 doesn't have platforms, it's 11.3 where they come in. ON 11.2, it's just the occasional bomb. Don't think there's anything you can do about those other than try to avoid them. As regards them hitting Carla, I suppose you just have to stay close enough to inject her with the remote medical thingie when her health gets low.I don't think there's a list of secrets anywhere I know of. You just have to search the forum and hope you get the answer, and if not, ask. Pretty much every question you'll ask will have been asked before, but finding them isn't always that easy to be honest. There have been a couple of thorough walkthroughs by Liam Erven on youtube, and someone call Carrie I think. They'll have lots of useful tips in them, but they may be a little out-of-date as regards some weapons and techniques.

@DefenderAnd that is the root of the problem, with no rules to go by, everyone uses karma based on their own interpretation of what it is supposed to be for, and with everyone doing their own thing, how much karma you have devolves down to how many people approved of messages you posted, with such an unknown mix of reasons why messages were given a thumbs up, the karma reading is essentially meaningless.So why even bother with it?Just as I rarely even look at my karma because to me it's just a curiosity rather than something to be concerned about, I also very rarely award karma for the same reasons.The mods could disable the entire karma system and I, for one, wouldn't miss it a bit.

The problem of high powered players being able to insta heal or insta armor after being hit has been discussed with Sam many times before, by many people, almost all of them experienced players, even as of several months ago, and has been identified as being a major, longstanding issue since nearly the beginning.Small lag on individual item use (even if only for health and shields), over all weight limit, health or shield item limit, and others have all been suggested, and while Sam brought up issues with health caps, we hammered them out quite well as a team more than once with his input.Despite that, and all the updates since then, nothing has changed, so it is clear where his priorities lie.He would much rather add awesome new features than fix longstanding problems, even for things that would literally require a number change or two, and ten minutes of testing to verify.And I'm not even talking about contested issues, which may cause backlash, as I understand his misgivings with those.This is obviously a more divisive topic, but again, many high level players (at least the ones worth listening to) expressed that they would be able to bend on this.Sam has actually made good changes like this in the past, which is appreciated, but they are generally few and far between, lesser in importance, drastically changed from the original agreed  upon concept (though sometimes for good reason) and almost always only put into effect after allot of convincing by his close friends, and procrastination or diversion on his part.So in nearly all cases, if you want thoughtful game design, look elsewhere, and don't waste your breath trying to convince this Dev of anything unless it brings him instant gratification or has no chance of causing conflict with his friends, no matter how small.Basically, if it gets under your skin and seriously effects your enjoyment that the game is now mostly resource gathering and pointless multikilling devoid of any (effective) skill, you should probably just give up on Redspot rather than hope for change, trust me, I did and it's probably increased my lifespan by at least a few months LOL.
