Personally as regards the last question I'd rather have the ten mill now,particularly because if I put it in the bank the interest would probably accumulate to a lot in the next 20 years, and even if I didn't get the trillion, I could have a far more comfortable life over the next 20 years and after than I could not having it. Now, if it was 10 thousand dollars now or a million in 20 years, that would be a harder proposition. Okay here is another question once more from my Harry potter reading.If you could have a devoted slave who would do everything you told them, would you rather have a house elf from the HP tradition, or an Asimov style robot.The house elf would be forced to obey your instructions out of magic, but manifestly how well it did what you wanted it to and how literally it took the instructions would depend how nice you were to it, also obviously you'd be enslaving a sentient being at that point. An asimov style robot would be bound by the three laws of robotics so would not start a robot uprising or similar, and would obey your instructions literally, however it wouldn't necessarily have its own initiative or creative ideas, EG you could ask it to cook whatever you fancied for dinner, but it woudn't make suggestions off its own bat or surprise you with a new recipe.for me this would be a slightly tough one, and come down I think to whether having a kindly but devoted servant was better or worse than having a none sentient but boring one. Read on for reasons why I am delaying things, or end it here knowing they'll start back up again soon. I have been applying for funding for two accessible games I'm making: Lost and Hound, and also the submarine game entitled Legacies. I also applied for a contemporary popular music grant which I didn't get.But anyway these grants, the workload is massive. All my free time has been going to the grants. I keep telling myself that I'll be able to fit in time for the next lesson but I'm just fried. Lost and Hound's application was 43 pages and Legacies was much longer. The good news is, they're applied for and I don't have to think about them anymore. Sound lessons, including my feedback on the last projects posted, will begin again soon. In the meantime, I've given you basic tools to work on your own sound library that you can use whenever you need it, give away, sell or whatever. I'd recommend creating a small library of themed sounds: elemental spells (pick one and do a variety of spell types), combat sounds, or anything else that is common in games, but more complicated than footsteps or simple foley like doors closing. I think everyone has seen the incredible polish and liveliness that good EQing can give to sounds.Okay sorry again for the lapse, more lessons coming soon! Yes. we as members should have some say in how the community is run, but at some point, things need to get done, and not everything can be a vote. I think of it more like running a ship. You have the officers, and you have the crew. Hi.Ok, first problem solved, it was the same thing as with the gamecube controler, I had to select the keyboard in a combo box somewhere in the config dialogue.Wii games also work, the buttons on the emulated wiimote also do, one thing I have to figure out is how swinging works, I mapped buttons for it but no matter what I'm trying, it won't swing the wiimote. You are all presuming that they are bias, they cannot live to there expectation as an admin and so on. Hello!I have a question about online movies for blind people.Until now i lisen to movies online like normal peoples but someone told me that there is a way for blind people to lisent to movies.For example on a movie there is a scene where 2 characters dont talk but they smile or do a backflip something like that a separate voice is telling you what the 2 characters do when they dont talk.I know i didnt explained it well but yeah.Thanks! Playing poker is only fun if it is in real money, this is why we are working on enabling our app on big real money sites.Currently we are done with 1st version of the app which works on our test poker client in play money. The reason why we started this way is because we want to allow users to train using our app in play money and once ready to start playing at real money site. Currently we are working on making setup of our app easy, that it detects settings of your PC automatically and adjusts accordingly so that you don't need to do any additional steps, simply download the app and start playing. We are working on the website as well so that we can show the idea to big poker sites. I am sure that real money site would consider the app eligible because it doesn't provide any unfair advantage to the user, it simply tells to the user the relevant information from the table which any sighted user can see. For example biggest real money poker site in the world, pokerstars, is restricting many programs that give unfrair advantage to the user such as bots that tell you what decision to make, or software like ICMIZIER which tells you what is optimal play in tournaments etc, but they allow some programs that don't give unfair advantage like pokertracker4, holdem manager 2 which provide you player statistics, or some scripts which makes betting easier, and seats you automatically at the tables, or positions tables the way you want. So don't worry, our app will not be restricted on poker site.We will start to enable our app on betonline which is real money site with descent traffic, offering different game formats and soft tables. It is eligible for all countries in the world except Australia, France, Malta, Panama. Once betonline is done, we plan to enable it for more big poker sites.
