Re: Sound designer looking for something to do
Re: Sound designer looking for something to do Actually why isn't their a sound designer topic for sound designers to post demos of their work. that would be cool. then the devs could have a pool of sound workers to choose from. Re: why do most people choose python?
Re: why do most people choose python? I used to program is basic years ago, and that was that, then I saw that bgt was the thing, and did not pick it up, and I guess I just picked python because bgt was no longer beeing updated and windows was starting tu fuck with bt programs, and well, that was when I started beeing intrested in programming. I guess, I want to bring something awesome to our gaming community, something with a chalenge, somethin with originallity, and because I am sick of the stuff we have now. the same, over and over again. it seems that when bgt became free, the quality of games went down. Re: Audio formats with python gaming
Re: Audio formats with python gaming Is their a lib that uses AAC+? That I know is an excelent sound format, and yes i know .wav is outstanding, but it just seems so huge. the files themselves can take up a lot of room. Audio formats with python gaming
Audio formats with python gaming hello all, i was wondering if anyone has yet made a playable audio game in python, and if so what sound format did you guys use, and what were the sound format spacifics I know .ogg is popular amungst the BGT users, but to me that is an inferior format. What formats are popular for python audio gaming. I want a high quality format but compact. Not .mp3. Would .AAC+ work?
