Re: !!!In the attention of all audio game developers***

The thing here is that developers could take into consideration adding translation support into theyr's games from the begining.Yes, it needs people to translate, but giving the option to do so will atleast give the posibility to other language speakers to translate.Crazy party, for example, implemented the english translation, and in my case I contacted to pragma and as the translation sistem was done already I was able to translate the game into spanish; from there other comunity players ofered help with translating, and crazy party is currently translated in about 9 languages; the same goes with sound RTS. As soon as developers give the option to add translations, or even think into doing it wen they start a new progect.@4 english is the main language wen it comes to audiogames, and most of other language games have english translation support or english versions; oriol gomez games, crazy party, even some of the chinese games, for example...

I could keep talking about that, but I feel that my english skills are not enough to express what I want to say properly now, and were going nowhere, so lets, again, come back to the post's original topic, whitch at this moment, if I'm understanding correctly, is that people decided to do the sound work anyway

no, it is not a slap, because that escence was made intentionally, pragma is a mario party fan. it is part of the game's escence since it's creation, because it was meant to be like that

Re: Crazy party sound sourcing

he is giving the option, if the audiogames.net forum decides to do so. You are saying that if he don't agree to remaking the sounds all of that will happen. just leave things as they are just now, the game as been here for 4 years now, and what you're doing is conditionating him with agree with the sound change, or the game will be removed

Re: Crazy party sound sourcing

well... to be honest I don't think that crazy party loses a lot if it is not published here. It has it's player base already, and it has a way to check for updates inside.Indeed sometimes the forum topics takes a little longer to update everytime the game gets updated, not to mention that for example there is a spanish page for audiogames that tweets when there is a new update and have the game in it's database; of course it may not compare to the audiogames.net forum, but it is there

Re: Crazy party sound sourcing

HelloI'm one of those contributors indeed, I've made the sounds for almost all bots with a feu exceptions, and sounds for some cards.I wont speak as a contributor, though. I will speak as a player who loves how crazy party sounsd just as it is, who enjoys listening to the different musics and knowing where they come from, and who was really pleaced the first time that opened the game and listened all the mario party music and so on.Crazy party without all of that is just... not crazy party. Without geting involved with moral or legal facts, most of the sounds used in the game are abailable for anyone that wants them and loock enough for them in internet.People uses them to make mods and even fan made games that are directly a copyright breaking products, and there is no concequences. whatever we like it or not, our comunity is insignificant when it comes to maynstream companies, and we can't have access to most of theyr products. Crazy party just as it is does not hurt anybody, and as pragma sayd, it is not just copy and paste, there is work behind all of it.It can be made as a mod, as someone sayd  in an uper post, but in this case there can be diferences between players that makes some version unfair, right now I'm thinking in the math calcul minigames. There are more than 200 minigames, more than 800 cards and all the rest of sounds that needs to be made, and all of it keeps updating. If people manages to do it and an alternative version can be done then well, so good.Don't want to be controvertial, just giving my opinion. Good luck if this goes on though.
