How to play single player in RTR ultimate?

Hi guys, So I just downloaded RTR ultimate. I can't connect to any server so I want to play in single player. According to the games release notes there is a signle player mode. I can't see it in the main menu. Can anyone tell me how to play in single player or how to create own server with map?I appreciate any help.
