I tried to edit the file with reaper and it did not work as I thought it would. C:\ProgramData\Socialclub\Player\271590Scroll down to the bottom of the folder and you will see two files that start with SGTA, followed by a random number. Replace these files with your 100 percent save file, and you should be good from there.
