@38, Not quite. There are many many packs of step sounds for games. They are not hard to find, but some don't feel like puting in the effort to look for them. On the other hand, most of those are for games, as in, I would only use them, as they are for games. I've said this once and I'll say it again. It seems that the same sound ideas step sounds are used over and over and over again. Remember, some of those sounds are old. I bet some are at least 20 years old.

The exit coordinates are 20, 20. I have had and continue to have a bit of difficulty with it. If I just walk from 20 20, one square in whatever direction, then back on to 20 20 a few times, all the wile pressing shift enter, it’ll work in a couple of seconds.    Pay attention to everything that’s going on around you. Read the read me. Make sure you keep track of where players are.  As for learning sounds, there is no menu, but it kind of goes like this. Gunfire, make sure it’s not right by you. If something is beeping, run.

The lag is much much better and it’s hardly an issue now at least for me. Here are a few small suggestions.  Perhaps different items should have there own sounds, because in the real world you would probably be able to tell what something is before you pick it up. I feel some more should be added to the main map, perhaps  abandoned buildings and things of the like. I think some of these areas should’ve hazards just to make fighting more interesting.  Give the map a little more character.   As others have said, there should be health boost items and also items that will increase the  highest possible speed for a short time.

Strongly object to decentralized player owned servers. Crazy party seems to be practically the only example of how that ends well.  Turning the games into player owned servers has the tendency to thin out the player base and eventually wear it away until they’re only a few left.

@redfox this seems to have become less about what you have done and more about the mods  inconsistencies. Personally despite pointing it out myself, this particular post was tame in comparison to your others. It might not even be warning worthy, but the same thing seems to go for Jaden.   The entire watch system  seems shaky at best.  Personally I think the damn thing should either be repealed or more strictly enforced.

A slight rephrasing of my previous statement. It’s a developers responsibility to encrypt the sounds within reason. Meening, if they have the means to do so.  But there’s only so much you can do. The simple fact is that either way, at least in this case, someone would still find a way to get a hold of the sounds no matter what was done.  I’ve seen it happened more than once with encrypted sounds.  After reading some of the posts, I’m not sure what good, if any, encrypting the sounds really does any more.  Yes, you may as well do all you can,  but with bgt? Well...

I feel that if a developer doesn't want somebody getting access to the sounds it’s their responsibility to  incript them.  Otherwise someone could easily assumed that they are  allowed to do whatever with the sounds, rather it be change them, or use them.  I’ve noticed that more professional sounding audio games have often encrypted their sounds.
