I too have received an approval notice to take the vaccine. However I'm hesitant and a bit worried for now, not necessarily about longterm effects as after learning how these vaccines work from reading about them I became less worried, yet rather I'm worried about the temporary side effects impacting my daily activities, IE work, gym and whatnot, even if unlikely. It's just a matter of a bit of worry as I certainly might be wrong about many points here. I eventually ended up more comfortable with the Oxford and Astra-Zeneca one, although I haven't yet registered for an appointment schedule.

And you sometimes come across songs that, I can say, are having a pretty complicated scale to detect, memorize and then compiled and played by you. Take this one as an example, maybe it's just me but I'm having a difficult time detecting and playing the scale. I know there are some advanced musicians in here so there tips would definitely be of a lot of backing up. .

I actually rely only on my ears to try to get the right key of a song. I just listen, then try to apply what I hear on my Yamaha keyboard until I get the right key. However I confess, this isn't that easy for me as a beginner in music as it also for me does take a lot of time. I'm still yet practicing on a daily basis, so any tips to get such skills improved would so much be appreciated.

I see that working out in this situation is really important imho. I mean, while I don't and will never force anyone to do things they don't want to do, I do still try to encourage my brother who shares me the same room to exercise with me. Did already propose that today, he refused saying that he isn't in the right mood. I didn't argue on my part as the matter won't be of any hurt while I know that it benefits. I just got used to exercising at the gym and when things got closed I thought that's the only way I can maintain my body fitness and psychological stability.

Hey allHow does your life go in the midst of these difficult circumstances? Here getting out of home is strictly prohibited most of the time since curfew has been applied, so most of us spend most of their time at home. Well, my family and I try to have fun as much as possible so myself I'm between playing games, reading books, watching series and movies, browsing the internet and having fun with friends on social platforms, sitting with family, exercising etc. What about you? I hope you all are happy and in a good psychological condition if you're isolated at your home.You know what, problem is that I've been playing all games since they were released so yeah, have nothing to satisfy my boredom and-or fill this damn free time haha. Honestly, a big new release is so much needed at this current circumstances. Currently, I'm sticking to Entombed, Crazy Party, Undead Assault, the QC Playroom where I do stay often, have bought Warsim yesterday and will give it a go at some point, BK3 is also in the plan as I might start a new save and play it from the begining although I did master and a lot play that one til the Legend of Aiin difficulty. Any more suggestions?Hmm ok, you know what's the game of my dreams? As an RPG fan, I'd say that I wish for a dungeon crawling roguelike like Entombed where a randomly generated dungeon for you to scroll through its verious stages and fight enemies, with classes and jobs with different skills, techniques and spells to cast and learn. But what, with a complex and advanced realtime combat, and wow with like generated platforms, hazards and areas in a 2d sidescrolling style, something like we've seen in Planet Saga which is amazing, I really liked the complexities in its combat system and gameplay mechanics. That's in addition to randomly generated enemies, bosses, items, weapons, special items and quests for sure. That way you can form your own adventure with endless possibilities.Enough for now, what about you? How do you spend your time during isolation?Stay safe from Corona virus, and I hope this crisis ends well and sooner than later.

In my country, universities and schools were closed, gatherings were banned, concerts in restaurants were also stopped as well as many similar activities and-or events. So far what I've heard is 61 cases of Corona virus, more than 500 people have been subjected to household isolation as well as 320 in hospital isolation too.

I can confirm that as well. Still those annoying problems do exist in the latest 8.52. To avoid that, I was forced to go back to 8.41 which luckily I haven't deleted its setup file.

HiI myself use a service which I found much better than tunestotube as I've tried both. It's audioship.io. There's no file size limit, but it's a paid service so you have to buy upload hours. They aren't expensive and that's why I'm so comfortable with it. Tunestotube does have a file size limit even in premium which I find so ridiculous imho.PS: audioship.io gives you a free 1 hour so you can try how good is this service.

Hi there,Regarding free stuff, let me state here that I'm not into getting stuff for free just for the sake of that I'm blind. I mean, what's the relationship or attitude that forces people to gift me things? So why am I unlike others? Is it because I don't see? And what does this have to do with that? Is it out of pity and compassion for the poor blindy? And here exactly is my point. Once I was in a computer accessories shop, when I finished buying what I needed and went to checkout, the seller told me oh no, you can get them for free. I told him and why free? He told me to consider that a gift from the shop. I told him no, I have to pay for what I got, and after a long discussion I was able to pay for the things I bought. Also once I and 2 of my blind friends were in Starbucks, after we finished and wanted to pay the bill we were told that someone had paid it for us and left the place. Not telling you how dissatisfied we were at the time, but at least free drinks right?  . This happened again in a café and we were also a group of blind people, and once we also got a free night in a modest hotel from the hotel manager. And btw, I thought that addressing the blind as a child is only a matter in my society  for I had met several people who are actually like that. Imagine that once a girl who's only 1 year older than me gave me some cake and dessert saying: Take this love (in a tone that you can consider as if she was addressing a person that's 15 years older than her). Heck, for a moment I thought she does really love me . However, this attitude had a difficult impact on my feelings. I know that this can be interpreted in a number of ways that vary from person to person and from culture to culture, but I won't talk about the extent to which that attitude has affected my feelings and how it has had subsequent consequences. And note that I was 22 at that time, knowing we knew each other but that attitude surprised me a lot and couldn't be explained in my opinion except what I mentioned earlier in my point.And to the main topic, Most grabs I do incounter are preceded by an offer of help. I don't recall any attitudes about sudden grabs that are worth mentioning, yet that happens with me from time to time.

HiJust a little while ago I was at a doctor known for his experience and skill in the city. It turned out that there were microbes that caused severe inflammation in my ears especially the right one. He gave me an antibiotic and some ear drops to cure the issue, and my treatment period will last for 5 days. I'll then go to him on Sunday and he'll clean my ears and check the eardrum.While I've paid a lot (and I mean a lot) for the medical check and medicines, I hope it'll be cured by this doctor which I hopefully expect since many people praise him.PS: what surprised me was that the doctor had told me with confidence that he's sure that I caught this microb from a swimming pool. Who knows, I don't recall but it might be.

Hi there,Agree with 2, yes you should keep in mind that sometimes sudden hearing loss may be due to ear wax, and this is what actually happens to me. I have the type of ears that produce a lot of wax (especially the right ear) which forces me to go to the doctor to clean them every 6 months to 1 year. According to the doctor, this is normal and there's no cure for that which is a matter that varies from person to another. Continuous usage of earphones, ear cleaning sticks (which are never recommended), or even rarely the sleeping pillows' pressing on the ear may cause ear wax to enter the ear blocking hearing. I'm no ear specialist as well, but my constant visits to the doctors made me aware of this. My right ear started to lose hearing which made me adjust the stereo settings on both my iPhone and computer to increase 2% of the volume to my right ear so sounds can become (normally) in the center. The volume level in my ears are now unbalanced, making me hear sounds tending to the left if I use headphones or anything of that sort, so that's why I've adjusted the stereo settings on my devices to fit the situation. However, I know that the cause will most likely be hopefully ear wax as usual, so I'll go to the doctor these days to clean my ears so they return normal and fresh.Anyways, wish you a speedy recovery. Our ears is a very important thing to us as blind people, losing them means losing everything in my opinion.All the best!

@4 to answer your question: this is because of the misunderstanding that may occur with some people (especially beginners) that they may only understand that this is applied to the insert key only for example if we mention it like that (the same with caps lock) while more than one key can be set as an NVDA modifier. So when we say press NVDA plus whatever, that will refer with any user to what's based on their liking, so things don't mix up.

This is exactly what forced many of the administration members to step down one to the other, explaining that the mysterious negativity that emerged recently covering all the forums is the reason (or one of the main ones), contrary to the joy and positive in the old years. Undoubtedly, this may have a clear impact on the developers' desire and motivation to develop more high-quality games, as these forums are the first (and perhaps only) reference for blind gamers. There seems to be a negative plague spread in these forums and must be eradicated so we return as we were and hopefully better. Seriously, I don't know what's going on here, in this place that I'm always loving so much.

Hi Colton,Thank you very much for the suggestions. Oh by the way, I do really use Longcat.Audio.H3D.binaural.spatializer and have made lots of 3d audio clips and movies using it. It's really great, but you can only control how big the room is and how reverbie is it when it comes to environment. Will take a look on what you've suggested.Thanks again.

How to add environmental effects on a track using Reaper?

Hi allAs the subject says, I'm asking about the plugin which can add several environmental reverb and effects on a certain audio file or a track in Reaper. Well I'm actually new to this program which I've now reached a not bad level in it, but I've saw some audio clips from people that are saying those effects in them are added by Reaper. Eg, some environmental effects like room, hallway, bathroom, kitchen, inside a cabinet or a car and the like. But after a not very accurate overview on Reaper's plugins like ReaVerb and ReaVerbate, I didn't find what I'm looking for, except some basic reverb effects and presets, with some simple room size adjustment sliders that don't perform the purpose I'm wanting, compared to what I'm witnessing from various audio clips made with Reaper out there. Am I missing something, Like plugins, preset libraries or whatever? Help will be appreciated.Many thanks in advance.

HiI have a question regarding tunes to tube. As some of you know, tunes to tube has great features, but free users can only upload an mp3 file up to 50 mb. I wonder, will I be able to upload unlimited or extra sizes over 50 mb if I upgraded? I'm asking this to avoid upgrading for purposes that the service doesn't offer. Thank you!

I and my friend received a request from different bots but have the same responses which they've seem been programmed on. When we type a message from my skype and his to those bots, we receive the same responses regardless of what our messages are. Just, lol.

A stupid problem that I'm facing in GoldWave, can you read and help?

Hi all, happy new year,I have a really annoying problem in GoldWave, and it's if I designed a long clip up to 8-15 minutes or more, the quality of the previous parts of the clip decreases and becomes like a kind of compressed without any known reason. EG let's say that I've created a 30 minutes audio drama in GoldWave, you'll notice that the begining events of the audio drama have been completely ruined, and have a very, very low quality like I saved it on 8 kbps quality or maybe worse. And then you'll notice that the quality will increase, until it reaches its normal in the last 5 or 3 minutes of the clip. How can I fix this please? Note that I record in 192000 sampling rate, 44100 hz, and save it with the same quality, and 128 kbps as mp3 format. So what's the cause of this problem that I hate so much. I thought that the problem maybe because I always when I work on a certain audio project, I always save it as mp3 to continue it later. Will it
  be better if I saved it as wav or ogg or something like that? Or what's the solution? Please help.Many thanks

A program that I nead, can you help?

Hi allHave a nice day. I want a simple and accessible program that can listen to my recording device, and play it back to me so I can listen to my own voice. But here, I want a program that I can control the pitch of my voice while listening, eg let's say that the chosen recording device is my headset's microphone, ok, it's listening now and I'm hearing my own voice in my default output sound device, I've changed the pitch of the playback and I'm talking now and hearing my voice differently from my normal voice, bigger or smaller according to my adjustment to the pitch. Clounfish can do that but only in a call, can you give me the best program to do this process?
