Hi @liam and othersI originally created the topic, because I did not feel that the ban were warranted given the evidence providedI did not create the topic to bash the admin team or start drama, simply because I felt that the ban was given too quick and on finn ground.I just wanted some clarification for the quick ban.

Hi admins and moderatorsI would just like to bring something to your attention, in the topic "public record of disciplinary action" post 50, Jayde gives the following reason for banning "racer max" from the endless runner 2 topic in new releases.RacerMax, the thread creator, has been permanently banned after admitting that he was an alt of someone who had already been banned. He did so by saying that he was "unfairly banned" by Liam. I am not precisely sure who he is, but at this point it doesn't matter. Ban evasion in this manner is itself ban-worthy. Don't do it.While the post referenced from the quote above statedNow, admins like liam can unfairly ban me. I will sign out of my account. I'll just look at the posts!More specifically "Admins like Liam can unfairly ban me", that was said in reference to the fact, that the game could look like a clone without being it.While calling out anyone is not okay, I feel that the ban issuied here was missplaced because he said something that could hypothetically happen (from his point of view) not something that had already taken place.Therefore making the reason he got banned in the first place invalid.

Creating audio versions of mainstream games with their assets

Hi.If i made an audio version, of an existing (mainstream) game, and used it's assets (not claiming ownership), would that be allowed on the forums.I would think, that would go under fair use or something like that (not that good at U.S copyright law).As an example, audio quake (an audio version of the original quake game).

I will admit, I dodn't read them both from start to finish (I skimmed them)From what I could see, they seam to contradict each other, so I'm not sure, what the point you're trying to make is here.Unless, you'd be so inclined to explain what your point here is, I don't see it as anything else except a new way for the "so called trolls" to start more drama.

I rarely comment on stuff like this (last time I did it was sometime before christmas) but me myself, for once also thought it was a bit hasty to just close a topic like that (since no personal attacks were made toward a single indiviual).I personally think (and had the assumption) that the forum (and the topics on it) worked on a "don't like, don't reply" manor, where if you don't like a discussion in a specific thread, simply don't repply to it and let that be that.I really hope the moderators reply to this thread with an explanation of why and such and that they don't just pretend that it never happened.

Hi.I agree with what's written in the blog post to a large extend. But the thing is that it's getting a really bad view from this topic, because everyone that seams to be in agreement is someone that have or have had problems with Dark in the past.Personally, I've never talked with Dark (except for forum posts on here), so I don't know anything about him really.What this case needs for it to be taken more serious, is for those unnamed sources to come forward. Until then, the blog poster is essentially hiding important information as to why and how, just like he's accusing Dark did on some occasions.- NicklasMCHD
