I used it with my Virtual machine on my Mac and also when I used Bootcamp so I could make the Capslock key function as insert and also have an applications key. It will not work in this situation because all it does is take pre-existing keys and allow you to change them to other keys. It does have support for some media keys but a lot of these are keyboard specific so it wouldnt know how to change them to the regular FKeys. Re: an annoying issue with my computer, please help Hi.I had this issue with a laptop I used to own.I guess thats what you have to deal with when you get a system where the hardware and software are made by two different companies.Thats why I like the mac.But enough of me favoring mac computers over Windows.As to fixing it, I never found out a way but yeah probably booting into the bios would help.From what Ive read you hold down f10 or something like that while the computer boots. I also read that it is different with every keyboard. [Audiogames-reflector] an annoying issue with my computer, please help
an annoying issue with my computer, please help Hi.I have a windows 8 HP laptop. Whenever I want to preform functions that require the function keys, f1 through f12, for some of them I must press the FN key first. For example, if I want to quit jaws, I would have to press insert plus FN plus f4. Is there any way that I can get around this without having to press the FN key? This gets extremely annoying after a while because I would like to preform those functions with 1 hand, and when I press the function keys by themselves they do weird things like turn airplane mode on. Any help would be appreciated.
