I second @4 I would get the Pixel 4A if you can get that as it may be cheaper. i have not looked into the priceing of the phones as I use Motorola phones.

Hi dude, the Pixel 3xl is also not a bad option, it's fast enough, has a finger print sensor, and isn't that expensive.

Re: Android smartphone for testing purposes, which one to choose?

If you can pick it up, get the 4, yeah, it has no finger print sensor comparred to the 4a, but it has a better processor, it is probably faster, haven't tested and it feels better in the hand. But if you want a sturdy phone, go for the 4a, you also get fingerprint and headphone jack.

Re: Android smartphone for testing purposes, which one to choose?

Hey there, thanks for the quick answer. What about the normal Pixel 4, would that work as well or is this actually not as good as the 4A?Greetings Moritz

Re: Android smartphone for testing purposes, which one to choose?

You might consider the Pixel 4A. I definitely prefer the Pixel experience and you will get updates more rapidly as well as Pixel only features. The 4A is new without being the current top phone so it will be cheaper. If you get the 4A with 5G, for example it runs about $200 less than the Pixel 5.Enjoy your experiment, I am currently using a Pixel 5 as my primary device and loving the new multifinger gestures!

Android smartphone for testing purposes, which one to choose?

Hey all. It's that time of the year again where I want to look at what's new in Android 11, the new Talkback and finally give Yishuo a look and see how it's holding up.While I don't yet believe that my next primary phone will be an Android phone just yet, I am still curious what it has to offer and how good it will fit my daily rutine of browsing, social networking, playing little games, online banking and whatnot. For that matter, I am looking for a mid class Android phone which will receive or already received Android 11 and has the newest Talkback features, I am abit confused with the most recent topic about it because to me it sounds like that even though some phones get the most up to date version of the accessibility suite, they won't get the newest version of TB with multy-finger-gestures as an example and if possible, I want to have these gestures at my disposal to experiment around with them.I was primary looking at the google Pixel 4, 4A or 5, unless the 3A would be a good choice.Other phones would be the Galaxy a51 or a71, depending on what I can pickk up.but I want to ask the people that have abit more knolledge about the current midclass section of phones or which have another phone, what would you recommend me getting?Remember, it should run Android 11 smoothly and without big hicups if possible. Also, i wouldn't like any Huawai smartphones, I still want to have the google services available to me without any problems, at least for now.thanks in advance for any answers.Greetings Moritz.
