Re: Are weekly DB updates stopped?

I've hopefully wittled down the Last of Us 2's entry a little, removed who wrote what and made it a bit more normal. I think I got so hung up on the fact it was a landmark release, I forgot to future proof the entry, i.e in a few year's time, we might have more mainstream game accessibility.

Re: Are weekly DB updates stopped?

Thanks defender. We got the first clear scan in June, the problem since then has actually been my lady having anxiety attacks when she believes she might be experiencing possible symptoms of a relapse. Combine this with me just plane not taking stress well and some of my own issues getting triggered, , and you don't make for a particularly easy time, even prior to hand manglings. Heck I've found even concentrating on games or sticking to things difficult, let alone writing about them coherently.I've started back on both playing games and writing updates though as you'll gather from the link on the main page, so hopefully we can get things running again, indeed part of the reason I was playing Starfinder is simply that as an Alexa game, it is a good way to cut down on hand troubles.

Re: Are weekly DB updates stopped?

This is a fair question. I'll confess the problem has basically been my lady and I having a very cruddy august, leading me to not do much gaming as Pitermach said, followed by my really bad fall last week and injury of my hand, indeed I had planned to get back to things prier to this (hence me trying to help out with The last of us ii), My hand seems to obviously be getting better, since I'm actually able to type now, as does the lock down and general situation here, which will hopefully make everything else a bit better as well. Today, my lady and I actually left the house together in daylight for the first time since late march, which followed narrowly on the heels of not going anywhere but the hospital throughout all of February and early March due to my lady's radio therapy, which has at least (according to the last scan she had), hopefully done what it was supposed to.Okay, to be a little more concrete, I plan to have entries for starfinder and Komandoh 2 done for this Sunday, which along with the work Aaron and Pitermach have done, should make for a nice return to weekly updates. i apologise for the break in  communication, and will try to get back on track to making sure to do something at least every week, which did seem to be working fairly well . Okay, off to write the starfinder entry now.

Re: Are weekly DB updates stopped?

There have been some updates, the database is still very much being ooked after. It's just neither Dark, Aaron or myself wrote up an update post. Most recently, The last of us 2 got a propper description written up thanks to Aaron and Dark. For new entries, Dark made one for Commando 2 and I made one for code dungeon.Edit: At any time, you can click the "updates" link on the site frontpage which will take you to a page that lists, well, any updates done to the database. THis will include any new or updated entries as well as when they were updated

Re: Are weekly DB updates stopped?

If I remember correctly, due to the situation with dark's wife and him damaging his hand i think he hasn't been able to game as much, hence why we haven't seen much from him. Not sure about Pittermach.

Re: Are weekly DB updates stopped?

Yeah I was just about to ask this as well.  It was going really well for a while...  I don't mind if it's only 1 or 2 things, but at least something would be good so we don't lose the momentum.

I noticed there hasn't been a weekly DB update in about a month now. Have they stopped again?
