Re: Audio games for beginners

My first PC audio game was actually Manamon, so make that what you will. Control-wise it's pretty simple, requiring the arrow keys mostly, some hotkeys to check stats thrown in, but not necessary, enter to accept menu items and continue, and escape to cancel and bring up the pause menu. I think one of my first iOS audio games was A Blind Legend, which still brings memories to this day.

I know this is late, but last time I checked, you were sighted. Not 20-20 of course, not as much or as good as it used to be, but not completely blind. This sh** don't add up!

Re: Audio games for beginners

My storage system is large enough for a BootCamp partition, but you could say that is against my religion. However, I am willing to try. I must say, I haven't used windows in so long, it could have improved, but I doubt it. Will I need sighted assistance to install BootCamp?

Re: Audio games for beginners

braille0109 is correct unfortunately, there are far more games for Pc even now, especially in beginner type categories. on Ios, maybe some of the blindfold titles would be good since they'd be a way of getting used to  arcade style games, I'd also recommend lost cities as a very well put together card game and if your into interactive stories there are of course the choiceofgames titles, it depends upon your preference. If you can get windows games sorted, games like Jim Kitchin's, some of the spoonbill titles, superliam or even crazy party might be a good bet.

Re: Audio games for beginners

well, let's see. since MACS don't have a load of games, and you presumably don't have a windows PC, maybe you should try the blind fold games first. or dice world.

Audio games for beginners

Hello everyone. As some of you may know, I recently lost my vision completely. I've decided to begin playing audio games. However, I don't know very much about any of them. Can anyone give me suggestions? I need something simple to begin. After I am familiar with that, I believe I can move on to more complex games. Thank you.
