So, if you could drop me one of those referrer codes, that'd be nice. EC2 is still an option, but you need to work around the NAT brain damage, and sending email from your EC2 is harder than it should be. Now that Mailman has DMARC support, though, you can use SES to distribute mailing list postings from your own author domain. For the basic service, you pay $20 per month, but you get root access to your very own virtual private server. You manage the software installed on it, configurations, etc. I've found them to be just about 100% reliable in the over two years I've been using them. The only time my server went down for a noticeable time period was when, due to a problem with a generator which coincided with utility power maintenance, they lost power. If you're interested, I think I could get you a referral code, although I'm not sure what that actually does. You do need to be familiar with administration of a Linux server, or be willing to learn, and they have several distributions to choose from. After a couple of days it says that the message can't be delivered. I'm not sure why I'm getting that error yet, but basically everything everyone sends to the mail server gets rejected, or so it appears based on my research thus far.Dark, me too. Calling it a pest is a bit of an understatement though. Irritating, frustrating, and down right stressful is more of an accurate description. I'm tempted to tell my host where to stick it, because this isn't the first time this year the mail server has had serious issues.Sebby, yeah, I have considered Google Groups. As you say the admin interface is a right pain in the backside, but I've used them before with some success. they definitely were not as unstable or as flaky as the stuff I've been dealing with on the Audyssey server, and compared to Yahoo Google Groups is a whole lot better. Audyssey List Temporarily Down Hello everyone,This post goes out to everyone who is currently subscribed to the Audyssey Mailing List as well as the Audiogames.net Forum. As many of you may be aware the Audyssey Mailing List is temporarily down do to technical issues, and I have been attempting to contact the server administrators to resolve the problem. At the moment I have been unsuccessful in reaching the server administrators all of my messages come back as being bounced by the mail server. Meaning this is likely a server wide problem and effects more than just the Audyssey List. In any case be advise that the Audyssey List is down, and I am doing what I can to resolve the problem.
