Very good descriptions, thanks thats interesting, if I ever get one Ill know more what to expect now, I wonder how they make it so the blades cant cut you, yet still obliterate the fruits existance?Maybe its because its juicing, so its way slower, because it needs to be done carefully, how long does it take for say, the average medium sized orange anyway? And does it take longer for other foods than others, or is it not able to do some because they are too hard or dont juice right? These things I wonder... HI everyone.Ive decided to return my juicer, not because its a bad product but because I had a bad reaction to the juices.Basicly I juiced greens today and after drinking the greens juice I felt sick and dizzy, so I wil say this, please becareful before buying a juicer. Id talk to your doctore or someone who knows you and what you can and cannot have before buying one.I personally dont like juicing anymore, because of the taste of juices. For example, celery juice is like drinking salt water.defendor.The blades are housed inside a circular chamber that you cannot touch.As for fruit slash veg taking longer than eatch other, Id not say so, no, you put the stuf in, it gets taken down into the machine, then chewed up. Its easy as heck to just use a blender to make smoothies, you really dont need a special smoothy maker to do it, just buy frozen fruit, milk, and anything else you want, stick it in the fridge and freezer as needed, pull it out when its time, throw some measurements in with any old cup you got lieing around if you dont wana be exact, blend it up on the correct setting which almost every blender has and then check the consistancy by tasting some with a spoon or something if your just making it for your self anyway and so you dont have to put your hand in there when its plugged in and keep mixing till its right, then pour out and enjoy. I want to juice fruit and veg.Smoothies are mostly thick and would have polp in them, a juice made in a juicer, or squeezed would have less polp and would be a lot less thick. I have a gut reaction discust which boarders on the allergic for the texture of most soft fruites, dried fruites and also tomatoes, really, even the thought sets my stomach into culvuntions, yet I have no problem with the taste so I love smoothies and the like. Ive always fancied a smoothy maker, the one thing that keeps putting me off is the amount of cleaning involved after use, sinse all the ones Ive seen require literally taking to bits and clearning part by part, so wouldnt be ideal to use every day, however its something I should investigate completely sinse I do love smoothies, especially ones with good tart berries or carrots, yes, far be it from me to disagree with my favourite doctor, but carrot juice is lovely . Basicly you put the fruit or veg into the juicer and it grinds it and choose it and juce comes out of one place and polp out of the other into a polp container.@darkYou wont be able to make smoothies with this one, how ever, if you check the link, then go to the home page you could look for a smoothie maker if you like and look at the video then look on youtube for the same make for videos.
