Field recorder suggestions
Does anyone know of any good digital field recorders that don't require any software menu setting up, like on LED screens. Something like https://www.fostexinternational.com/doc … 2LE.shtml.
I don't care if it still has a screen as long as it isn't required to select through menus to set things up. I think the the RF-2 LE is mostly analog, but still has things that can only be done through the soft menu like setting up a memory card and choosing the input. At least that's what I gathered through the reviews.
I want a high quality, portable recorder that will accept high quality mics for recording sounds for effects. But I can't see, and so much these days have gone to LED screens as the interface.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
