Re: Flash plugin crashing in Firefox

for this problem, there is no solution I could ever find. It started with windows 8 and 8.1 and migrated to 10. Well for things that need flash, I use chrome, but most things are rolling out HTML 5 players so hasn't really become an issue.

Re: Flash plugin crashing in Firefox

That's odd. Is your flash out of date?

Re: Flash plugin crashing in Firefox

Thanks alot. Yes, I'll try Internet explorer instead. For some reason, I only noticed it a couple of days ago. Last year I could listen everything but now the thing seems to crash with no report available. Thanks again!

Flash plugin crashing in Firefox

Hi guys,I'm wondering if anybody has experienced the problem of flash player crashing while trying to listen to programs on BBC radio websites. My girlfriend and I have this problem and we don't know how to solve it. What have you done? Would reinstalling the flash plugin help? Thanks in advance!

Re: Flash plugin crashing in Firefox

Flash and Firefox have never played nice together, at least not in my experience. It's gotten a bit better in recent times, but I still disable it for security reasons. As more and more platforms move towards HTML 5, I think we'll see less of these problems. For now, if it's something you can't live without, maybe using another browser for the sites where flash is a problem could be an option.
