I've used FreeDownloadManager in the past, before they broke accessibility.Now it's somewhat decent.When I downloaded stuff from sendspace with it the speed would still be throttled to the same speed free users would get, which is around 80 kbps. Sorry.Also as for why download managers, With iran's internet it really helps speed the download up and the fact that you can queue downloads and leave it be is very handy for me. Re: Good, accessible download manager? Most of the world left them behind after the days of dial-up came to a close. People with shitty internet though, well, browsers don't really handle that gracefully. The download manager helps with that by doing a better job at not only pausing and resuming, but resuming after a failed state and piecing the file back together again. They also open up parallel connections to speed things along. If your net is shit, this might not do much. It will though if the server you're pulling from is capping you. Boath are accessible barring a few complications with site grabber in IDM where you have to use object nav, and queueing in android where you must drag and drop if you want to remove an item. I heard Free download manager for windows is accessibil too but did not use it.
