Re: Help with EHCP If EHCP is screwing with DNS then this means either you're running your own nameserver (which you never, ever want to do) or they provide a nameserver of their own that you're using. It is possible that they're not screwing with DNS, but are instead running some sort of proxy on your box.If you need a workaround, add a subdomain vps.mysite.com that points at the vps itself, then use that for ssh and such.I avoid these control panels because of stuff like this--you spend longer learning/working around the control panel than you do just learning to configure the tools yourself. Re: Help with EHCP Sorry, I still don't understand how exactly this would help? As I've said previously, I can point my domain to my VPS, that isn't the issue here. The only time this becomes a problem is when I add the domain through EHCP itself. I don't think cloudflare does anything that could help here, I might be wrong though. The issue here is that EHCP wants me to create a domain on their end in order to manage things such as email, mysql, etc, but if I do that I am forced to use my server's actual IP in order to access the control panel as my domain starts redirecting to a different page thanks to EHCP's DNS fuckery.Will check my PM's now. Help with EHCP Hey all,I've been trying to figure this out for a while now. So I have a fresh copy of EHCP running on my server. In order to actually do anything, though, I need to add a domain. I tried just entering the same domain name as the one that I'm currently using which is pointed to my VPS, but I then couldn't access the control panel and had to login using the plain IP address of the server to fix it. So, any way I can add a domain without it breaking? Preferably, any way I can just tell it to accept any domain pointed to the server's IP as a domain it can modify? I'm honestly really confused by this entire process.Thanks in advance.
