I am closing the window of windows

Hi. My old HP laptop has finally started to give me problems, so I've decided to install Linux (most likely Vinux or Trisquel) onto it. When I install it, I'll let you know.BTW, I found out that changing the OS on the machine doesn't void the hardware warranty, as I thought it did.

Personally, I would never buy a computer that has a hardware warrantee that's dependant on what software you have installed on it. In my opinion, that is complete crap.
