Re: My Samurai Warriors 4-ii demo Samurai Warrior 4's system hasn't always been that complicated. Weapons change stats but don't make any noticeable impactin terms of new moves or anything. Your combo chains and things getlonger, but that comes with just playing the game. This is not the game to look to if you want complex systems of equipment management and gear loadouts. The basic combat and how smooth it is is where Samurai Warriors has always shined imo. Dynasty Warriors has always been the more mechanically loaded of the two. Managing items is done in menus similar to other games, which can be done via ocr. Far as I know, 4 and 4-ii are the only two playable ones, plus possibly the chronicles game on 3ds which introduced this system in the first place.
