NVDA: using pontuation pronunciation on a unic profile

Does anyone know of a way that symbols and punctuation marks are used only for one program?
I use visual studio, but I had to configure nvda so that it reads certain punctuation marks.The problem is that it reads for all nvda, not just for the program.I created a profile for him.
Does anyone know of a way to solve this?
