Re: Need the help of old NVDA users Unfortunately, I don't think there is any easy way to do it, since object navigation isn't actually tied to the PC cursor itself, so even if you redo all of the numpad keybindings to mimic those of JAWS your PC cursor won't be moving at all.I actually forgot JAWS did this; I haven't used it in so long now that object nav is almost instinctive now. I'll keep looking, maybe there actually is a way I'm just not seeing right now. I hardly ever use home or end so kind of take them for granted, and my laptop is only 13 inches, so reaching to the top and right of the thing actually isn't too cumbersome, but I can't deny the numpad would conveniently make things a little easier if one could get it to work that way.Hmmm, methinks I need to go to sleep; I don't normally throw the word actually out so freely and so insistently. Every single numpad keystroke is in there, at any rate.the reason you can't find any keystrokes tied to hom e and end is that NVDA doesn't use them. But if you really wanted to use your numpad, you'd be better off just using the laptop layout. Need the help of old NVDA users
Need the help of old NVDA users Hello all, especially NVDA users, I need your help. I have bought a new laptop which is a very nice one. Fast, solid performance and great to work with. I want to use NVDA there, because it works smoothly , exactly as I want it to work. The problem is that the buttons home plus end, are located at the top right cornor of the keyboard, and it is more comfortable to use the numeric keypad to press these buttons when I need. NVDA uses them only for up/down and left/right. Differently to jaws, which uses page up/down, home/end, and up/down arrow. Is there any way to change the behaviour of these numeric buttons?
