Hmmm, I like the game so far, but the sound detection seems to be a bit wonky, or at least half the time I don't seem to pick up items which are in the centre of the field. I'm also not entirely sure whether this is actually a 3d game, or a top down game, given that you don't actually to face different directions but run in four directions, but hay its fun! It'd be nice to see some specific hazards unique to this game, Eg fireballs that fall down onto the grid and give splash damage, maybe walls that become electrified temporarily, perhaps something that follows the player around or different kinds of cannons that shoot in a straight direction or shoot directly at the player, but either way thanks for another arcade game. I will not ask that Mason take the game down - he did admit this was a spin-off and hey, if I can help people evolve game ideas into better game ideas, I'm glad I can do that. There's always the personal side of me that says hey, make your own thing, don't copy me! But I realize that this type of thing happens everywhere, and realistically... I got my idea from crystal rain in crazy party anyway. Crazy party got its idea from Mario party. Who knows where Mario party got their idea from... but I'm sure it was inspired by something. Endless runner is also very similar to certain aspects of constant motion and constant motion is similar to blinded guide, as well as other games in crazy party. And in fact, Sam can correct me on this if it's not true, but it was right after I made the oh shit runner that sam said, "I want to make a runner type game." And then was born Cm.It's like the evolution theory that we all had a common ancestor - but look now? So many different walks of life evolved from that that it's not even funny! Honestly I thought of a 3d oh shit, but I never felt like making it since Scramble came in to mind.If there was one complaint, I kind of wish he would've maybe asked me if I'd have an issue with this or not, but that's not even a major complaint and I don't hold a grudge for it. Realistically he didn't have to ask me, that's just my paranoya / worry or whatever talking. I also do worry that if more of these get released before Scramble, nobody will want to play Scramble because they got tired of these games like Defender suggested. Even still, that's on me, not other game devs. I don't have a right to stop people releasing games because I haven't released mine. Yes, it basically is just Oh Shit with top down movement. It's not 3D, that's just the term we've taken to using when something isn't side scrolling. Games like Redspot and STW are truly 3D.That said, that is also it's greatest con. It is just Oh Shit top-down. Which isn't a bad thing. Unfortunately though, I prefer Oh Shit to this, simply because it came first and was a fresh concept. That's nothing against you, Mason, but that's all this is, and, unfortunately, it's just not keeping me hooked.It's a nice little time waster. Don't get me wrong, but I think of the new games I've played today, since I haven't had my computer for a couple months, it's been a lot, it's probably my least favorite, however I do enjoy your Endless runner game quite a bit. He used it for a day, and the second day when he tried to log in, the server was down. This happened for more than a week, and since he isn't a member of this forum, he asked somewhere like what is going on. No answer. And then he contacted someone who is inconnection with paypal events and got his money back, fortunately. Yes, it ended happily because he managed to clear it out. But what if someone just can't do this, because they don't have good english skills or anything? I've recently registered to this sbyw thing which's going on now, and yes, I admit that it's quite a fun game, not to mention that I died a lot but it's my fault so yeah, Mason can do fun things if he wants to. And that's why this community likes him. But these payments made me to think twice before trying out anything. If this changed, I'm sure I wouldn't be against him. Oh and if he had original ideas and didn't steal the names. Maybe I was wrong and MTG studios was really Mason, I don't know about that, so thanks for correcting me, seriously. But Thomas Ward wasn't Mason for sure, and, Stevo isn't Mason either. I know, an already dead person can't do much about that his game got revived and modified as much as it could be, he even changed the story and nothing is the same as he imagined. But then why didn't he give a new name to it, if it doesn't follow the original concept? And this Oh fuck might be fun as well, I didn't try it though, but people will get bored of this type of games. I enjoied Endless runner though, even if it had paid options. I liked the game and I sometimes still play it because of boredom. But these previous things made me to think this way.I hope everyone can understand my point of view with this explanation. This happens;---Fatal error detected---Failed to execute script game---OK ---Secondly, judging from what I've read in the tiny readme, this isn't actually a 3d game. A 3d game would mean you could move forward, backward, left, right, up and down, at the very least. Preferably you should also be able to turn left and right and move diagonally that way. From what I see here this only supports 2d movement forward, backward, left and right.Finally, to those who have issues with the name. Oh shit was, to my knowledge, never intended to be a serious game. It was supposed to be a mashup of things you'd find in cp.
