A heads up for everyone on the game.You start out with a cartoon avi, and that makes people less likely to respond to you.So you need a "human" avi.If you want a new avi, post on the "English general" forum in a thread called "art", and ask if someone will message you and help you find one that fits your vision of your rock star.You could also contact the admins under the help pages if you needed to do that.

Hi,I have tried the great heist in the past, but i din't like it as much as i do like popmundo. But perhaps i will give it another try in the future. I have done a few quests since i play since november last year, and they're a nice way to get some extra xp points, which benefid your character quite a bit. The reward is 2 xp when you complete one. Black_mana,If you join the forum of the city you started in, they have mentor programs to help out new players. They'll answer questions for you, and a lot will also give you some starting money if you ask politely. Just another tip, that's how I got my apartment.

I met another player in game, with which i have a relationship, and are almost engaged. I currently have 2 singles and an album on the market, have my contract with melodia records and am doing rather well i must say … I never expected this. I also have a starting company in the ready, as soon as i have the ingame money, i will start building that as well.Sorry, i just wanted to share on my progress, on which i am rather proud. But i will answer the questions and concerns i have seen:@amerikranianI login every so often on both my iPhone and my mac, and i must say that the game is quite playable, what are the things you encounter and cause problems, probably i can help you.@black_manaon your question about receiving the money from your dayjob, you will receive this every Friday, around 12:00 a.m server time. You don't have to set your focus on working for your dayjob, however that will help the effectiveness of the location to which you are employed. But necessary it isn't To your question about renting a house, when signing your contract, you have to pay the 700,00 euro's, i don't know in which country you did start, but you can put any currency on the spot of euro's  Each monday you will get the bill of 165,00 euro's, when you are a vip member, you can enable an option so your bills get paid automaticly, or as a free member, you have to navigate to the financial link on your character page to pay the bill by hand. I don't think you will get both the 700 euro bill and the 165 one at the same time, unless you rent your appartment on the monday, then they probably will follow each other up.HthGreetz mike

um, ok, i gave the game an other try and i really injoyed   somethings, i have a feu questions though1 i've just aplyed for a job in the city, how  do i get my money, or the player needs sometime to do the work , i've also set the Focus for that2 when i tryed to buy a house, it didn't let me compleat  the process, and also i've saw something like this   under the edit where  you select the zoneThere's an initial contract fee of د.ج. 70,000.00 signing the papers in addition to the weekly rent of د.ج. 16,500.00.is that aplyed with the  16000     cash need to be payed weakly? did i miss something heare?

For those that may not know, Popmundo is a browser game about becoming a rock star. It's more like a life sim, as activities you can do are as varied as owning and furnishing a house, working at different jobs, having pets, surfing, questing, playing all manner of sports, shopping, having relationships of all kinds, owning vehicles, getting married, having kids, etc.So I created a rock band called Travels with Charley. It's based in London.I'm the lead singer and guitarist, and on a whim, I decided to be a sixteen-year-old guy! (LOL it's best to start at sixteen, because you have so many skills to improve, it takes a while.)Anyway, I need the following.a drummera bass guitar playera keyboard playermaybe even a brass sectionYou can choose two instruments to learn, so even if you chose one of those, you could pick any other one.If anyone is interested in the game, but you don't want to play it solo, this might be a way to get into it.I already have a tour scheduled til the end of May, so jump in if you want.If you're interested in joining the band, message me on here and we'll go from there.
