Problem with clipboard2sapi

Yesterday I read and followed the excellent guide on playing Japanese audiogames by bladestorm360. However, I'm having a problem with clipboard2sapi, because it strangely interpheres with instant translate. When the clipboard is read, and I press the hotkey I've assigned to translate clipboard text (NVDA+shift+y) the output is very strange. No english, just Japanese text mixed with some chars, which include some symbols not interpreted by Espeak nor Protalker.. Any idea on how to solve this?
