you cannot make other headings besides level 5 headings it looks like, by using the [h]  and [/h] BB code tags.

Question Regarding Navigation In-post

One time I used the BB code to put headings in the post and I was asked not to by mods due to the fact it could break site nav, which I fully understand. My question therefore, is for future reference and hopefully for anyone to make use of. Are we allowed to use the headings in posts to mark out sections if we stick to the lower level ones, like anything greater than say 4, so heading level 5 and 6? I wouldn't see the need to do this in just conversational type stuff, but articles certainly, or guides, walkthroughs, whatever that sort of thing.
