I am using that for all my videos, you can add an image source, or a text source to OBS. Re: Question about publishing on YouTube with no video @lemm, You can set scenes, which is the visual element of the video, and change them at will. can also set game, window and screen captures. trimming, I just use something like Audacity, though OBS could have a similar option, and you may even have luck with the native Photos app, though I've never tried. Once I have finished editing the sound clip I use a program called virtual Dub to convert the audio clip into a video, it allows me to upload a single image which is then used as the video image which is shown throughout playback as the video image. In order to use OBS, I have been told you at least need a gaming computer and a wapping fantastic internet connection.Although, I have also heard, from researching on Youtube, that you dont need all that. Supposedly, you could even use a regular laptop.
