When the microsoft sql thing that I linked above extracts its files to the folder you've selected, there should be two installers. One for X86 and one for X64 based pcs. did you install those too? I think I have all components installed, installer does not ask for anything. I tried compatibility mode for win7 and win xp and it does not work.
