He released out paid games, asked money from the blind community and he just retires without a simple warning, or only on his facebook account. SBYW will definitely go down, so backup your maps by using the /rawmap command. The players and maps will be preserved just in case. It is uncertain which games will continue to be updated, but tomb hunter will definitely be the one. Even then, I wouldn't discard it, since how hard is it to store in a text file on a cloud service like dropbox, or to keep it in an encrypted portion of a flash drive, if you're security minded. My file that contains the information is 48 bytes. If I ever come to the point where I need to spare 48 bytes, I think I have bigger cleanup candidates than text files. As long as your game is installed and activated it'll keep working. The activation server is also still operating and that takes considerably less effort to maintain, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. I've posted and removed the old review for TH and was working on a new one when the SBYW topic showed up. Needless to say, the review won't be finished, as I simply don't see a point in investing time into something that will go down.
