MKXL has an accessibility mode. It makes a sound play when you or your opponent are near an interactible object. This is in either Gameplay or audio settings. This mode is also available in the two Injustice games.

you can go  through QTE but you'll lose health and then you'll have to lose the fight, then come back and your health would be full

I don't know of any accessibility mode, but sure, mk is playable if you don't mind being unable to explore the full game. Standard fights are accessible if you know the menu's structure, as well as the story mod. Note that in mkx, the story mode contains QTE which are not accessible at all, if someone knows how to go through them without loosing health or anything by the way...All the other game modes are luck based for us. I mean modes which don't implies pure fighting. So unlocking bonus, minigames, all that could make use of other skills than fighting skills is unfortunatly unaccessible.Best regard,Simon
