Yeah that's true, but if you look at your items the info on what stats they improve is mostly pritty clear, so you can estimate on how high a stat value is.The more pressing issue is with the randomized dungeons and pathways that seam to go for example up and left or down and right, it's sometimes abit confusing to find the way to the next objective.For example, I am at the 4th cathedral level and am stumbling around abit pathless D, but i guess I will find the portal to lvl 5 eventually.Greetings Moritz. It looks like a lot of these numbers are supposed to be beside each other like Strength, Dexterity, Vitality and their stats. I'm pretty sure the game is not listing the stats like:Strength45DexterityIntelligenceVitality567341Or whatever the case is.Maybe some day.It's weird to see some information look like a nice block then it gets interrupted by some completely different information for a bit, then something else interrupts that, and then you might get another part of the original block. Pretty soon you can't tell what number is supposed to belong to what stat. Well, I finally managed to beat that cathedral quest and complete it, it was quite fun to be honest, a working OCR does make things much more enjoyable.I am currently looking at an iOS app called Neferlim which next to global leaderboards and what not has a complete item collection where you can search for specific items and look at their stats, quite helpfull if the OCR cuts out.Greetings Moritz. Re: Playing diablo 3 blind. Hi,So from what I remember, you actually want to be going south west, not south east. if you head in a general westerly direction in that place, you should be good. Though this is coming from someone who managed to clear that area in about 10 minutes, but took about half an hour over two days to find the blacksmith in town. I'm currently on the next quest attempting to find the right crypt to enter. Not sure if enemies refresh though as I think I've been going into the same one a couple times. Also, I had no idea you could wear the king's crown from such an early stage and before defeating him. was really surprised when I got that legendary item drop out of nowhere.That's another thing I can't remember if it was mentioned, but different rarity items have different sounds when dropping. very useful. Generally, I'd try to go southeast of the weird sounding noise if you can. If you follow the monsters though, you should be fine. I managed to accidently leave the ruins I think.It's an unnamed cellar if that helps. It seems to only have one small room in it with one flor. There were some trash mobs in it. When I first entered it, my character made some comment about how all the treasure had been cleared out.Is there a way to port back to the town without being near the waypoint? For me, basically everything including the inventory and skill screens.I do have a partly success though, it seams that you have to set a certain interval, if you let Lion scan to fast, it won't read out anything. i now set it to 0.5 seconds and it does read out some things, but still not reliably what loot you have lying around.It seams that you automatically pick up stuff on the ground.Greetings Moritz. Secondly, I'm not sure why your text looks so jumbled. We have the exact same screen resolution, and tbh my graphic card sucks. THirdly, lol the reason you died is because your magic missile was being used on the opposite side of the monster. Like i heard it go to the left and the monster was on the right. There is not currently a way to do that, but it would be possible to write that into the addon. You'd have to have some way to switch through the zones on the setting screen which means another combobox and you'd have to add a list to store each zone parameters then have the addon carve the image into slices and send them to the OCR one at a time. The only reason I say that is because sometimes the joystick moves when I'm not looking for it too so I don't know where much is screen wise. I end up having to guess what slot is what and use OCR. So I'll move the joystick up and to the left, press x, OCR. I will say to actually equip items if you press square when you're on the screen with the actual items in both inventory and the shop screen, it will compare the item in your inventory to the item you have equipped. It's how I look at stats. I'm sorry I can't be more of help here. I will also say pressing r1 will cycle through like buy/cell/repair in a shop. That menu is pretty easy to navigate with OCR, if that helps.@55 Oh, I see. Is it some kind of cursor menu, like with a virtual mouse, using the analog stick, or is it just really touchy. Because it feels like it's really easy to jump over items in those menus. Like with the inventory, for instance, every time I move and hear a chime like I'm on something, I OCR the screen and it's like I'm only able to select the main hand or off-hand, if that makes any sense. Takes patience to move through the grid but when you select the proper category it's a left right screen with both skills and runes. The base skill/inventory screen needs you to move diagonally, not just in the regular four directions. Re: Playing diablo 3 blind. Lower the interval in which it scans for information. Also don't use lion with the upgrade screen. It's just annoying. Dropped loot can usually be found if you go to where you heard the monster die. Thing is, when I skill monsters, dropped loot isn't announced when they drop it. Also, screen for upgrading your equipment are pritty confusing.Do you have any tips regarding how to improve the OCR? No, it works like this.You set an interval in which it should read out changes in the selected portion.Then you have 4 sliders to crop the screen, from top, right, bottom and left.Depending on how you set the sliders you can point lion at a specific part of the screen.So if you would for example crop 50 percent from the bottom and right, it would only focus on the left and top parts of the screen.If you have some specific info you need, you need to do some experimenting. For example to read the name bar in fifa games, you crop 80 percent from the top and leave the rest and because there is no other written information in the 20 percent of the screen bottom accept the name bar, it will read that out just fine.For the emulator, try your luck there, check if the info you want to have is read out at all and then start playing with the sliders.There is also a setting to focus on the currently active window, but as far as I remember, that is still abit buggy, maybe that changed though.Greetings Moritz. Cause like I would totally use this on my ps2 emulator so I didn't have all the other crap overlaying my screen and making it difficult for me to read. Also sorry I know it's going a bit off topic but is their a good resolution for me to get my ps2 emulator to read properly, cause like I thought the higher you could set the res the better off you were, but it doesn't seem to be working, and i can go all the way up to 4k.
