I can't say it has no lag since it would be a lie, but if you pump the specs up to 4 gigs of ram and 2 or 4 cores you can decrease it noticeably.There is still keyboard delay though, so you kinda have to get used to that one. I mean, that is the way I have always done it and it works for me.
