Re: how to use OCR @ficho, First off, we've said time and time again that you don't even need to use that add-on as NVDA versions above 17 can take advantage of OCR technology that's built in to Windows 10 itself. So do you have a specific reason why you're using this add-on? The only things I can think of, make sure the screen brightness is at a decent level, make sure any screen curtain is off, make sure OCR is trying to recognize the right language, and finally if all else fails, just try the built-in features.
