Sarah problem

Hello guys!I installed the game for the first time in demo mode on my laptop, and everything worked well.I formatted the computer and made the purchase of the game, I installed the game and the patch, registered the game, but it does not open.When I try to open it from a bell, plays music, and will continue when it shows a program error post, and another window pops up an error GMA engine.I tried to unzip the patch again, but nothing happened.I uninstalled the game, I installed the game again and unzipped the patch, but nothingIt happened, same problem.What can I do/I have Ubuntu 15.10 and the game runs on wine.
