Re: Science fantasy mud I tried 3k, but got lost amid the less than logical newbie quests and flood of info before I could quite get to a guild or get to any of the interesting sounding crafting activities. 4D is good, but bare in mind the quests are less than obvious, and the community not always as helpful as they could be. I believe cyber assault has some fantasy and other pop culture areass in addition to the main sort of cyber appocalypse thing, though I've never been able to get far into that game myself due to spammy quick combat, and missing the newbie area, and whilst I'd like to delete my character to restart I don't seem able to. Sadly, it seems that most games that have a mix of tech, also get surreal and weird and not really easy to take seriously, EG Aardwolf has some sf based areas and even your own uncontious, but it's still the same fantasy mob battles. I'd love to see something based more around warhammer or the like where the orcss, elves and dwarves were actually serious space going civilizations. Re: Science fantasy mud There's 3scapes. I don't have the URL handy but Google can find it for you. Cool guilds. Has a Chaos, Science, and fantasy realm. Chaos is sort of other. I never got to a high enough level to play around in fantasy--for whatever reason those areas are higher level--but it's got some of the coolest guilds I've seen, including quite original (and hard to play) mages.
