I also used the Bluetooth addon for NVDA and it stopped but I didn't find any solution for JAWS. It's speech still gets interupted along with it's voice cracking frequently in between. Well, not sure if it has anything to do with Bluetooth audio transfer, simply because I am not having the same issue with my iPad and iPhone, I am not talking about a lag, but a significant loss in screen reader speech. For example a thirty-second bulk of text would be cut by almost 30% because of the cut in the audio. And yes, when I play some audio files on YouTube or in Media Player, I can get my TTS speech perfectly.Thanks again for your ideas. Audio does fade in quickly but its usually enough so you can understand stuff when exercising and tracking your activity. Any time you are not playing audio, the connection is muted until it detects another audio signal. Screen Readers with Bluetooth Headphones Hi allI purchased the Samsung U Flex Bluetooth headphones and paired them with my HP Spectre X360 Laptop. They paired OK, still JAWS and NVDA speech is interrupted at the beginning and at the end. It is so choppy to the extent I am unable to understand what is spoken. I thought it is a fault with the U Flex headphones, so I ordered new Bluetooth headphones and the same fault seem to persist. A sentence, even lengthy ones, are cut at the beginning and at the end. Any idea what might be causing this and how to sort it out?P.S. After running into this, I installed all required audio drivers for my HP and there is no change.Please help, I am sick of wired headphones and thought it is much easier for me to use my treadmill using Bluetooth headphones instead of wired ones.Thanks all!
