If you don't there is a website that have a database of all players in the game. The only hurdle is some players do not have a commentators name to be read out this can cause a issue, but if you like the player you can go into edit mode and assign them a nameThere are settings in this game which make passing a lot easier, like bumping up their pass assist level to level 3.
