Re: The best Harry Potter fanfic I've ever read I liked the Manifesting Magic one a few years back, but even just revisiting my memories of it and looking back through pages of reviews I'm not sure I'd like reading it again at this point. I remember the portrayals of people towards Harry seeming like authorial wish fulfillment for the most part, one way or another. Author also used their characters as mouthpieces for religious values and IIRC< ranted about those same values in author notes as well. No thanks. Re: The best Harry Potter fanfic I've ever read Hi, I have read it, not completely though. Kind of obvious after a while that it's written by a blind person, and suffers for that reason. Just like many fics written by people who can see make the blind character either too winy or a god, so does this fic written by a blind person makes him super indipendent and the kind of rants you can usually read by people on this forum against others lol. Not that bad if you are into that sort of thing, but if I wanted to read rants, I'd rather come on this forum and read them instead of a hp fanfic.It does have it's good points though, so don't let me entirely put you off from reading it, rather go in with eyes wide open and all that.
