Hi Kenshira, I don't have this problem. In any case, be careful! This addon should only be used once you have opened the game, because everything that is said by the screen reader is sent to google translator. It is well specified in the readme. So it is inadvisable! To activate the translation in the normal navigation between windows and Windows folders.

Ok well for example, normally if I press the windows key or arrow through the stuff in my computer, nvda reads the changes right away, however with the addon enabled it doesn't, and I have to press nvda up arrow to know my position in anything.

The and nvda addon definitely works but it makes my program stopped speaking unless I interact with it. Is there any way to fix that?

Indeed, JGT works only with the story parts or when you talk to people. It can not translate the menus, even if I have the keyboard set to Japanese.
