oh man I forgot to tell you but last night I used the gun powder to light up a camp fire. I was celebrating my 1000th trip with my girlfriend and I was so pissed of that I couldn't light the fire that I poured all the powder on the wood along with a canister of gasoline and set it on fire. don't worry, i'm ok. My hair, house, garden, the whole street and my girlfriend couldn't be saved but i'm happy that i'm ok. Can you believe that the ensurance company just came in and accused me of doing it intentionaly? I mean how can they believe that? Sam, one thing though, could you please make it so that suicide bombs kill people instantly when they use them, while taking 500 to 1000 health or however you do it from those around them? For people with a lot of health, what ends up happening is they get a bunch of suicide bombs, and use them, only suffering minimal damage while providing an inescapable means of killing other players. This is different from the mass bomb and claymore because with those, there is time to run away and escape them before they're blown. I think suicide bombs are funny and a good idea, but they should make the person using them...  commit suicide.

Um, you guys are all below me, because i've developed a game! A frikin game! All ya lowlives with your torpeetos and your bombs and your asitic blood, it's all nothing to me because i'm the greatest! The reason the game is here, is exactly this. To troll. To be immature. To kill random people, mass people into a team against someone if that's what you want to do. That's what it's hear for, to piss people off and have fun killing and killing and seeing how much of a tough shit you can make your self. I may conside
 r making some kind of a private match system if you want to play against your friends, like I have been considering something like ctf or lms or something like that with only your team selected. I don't know, maybe I should create a voting topic on weather there should be private servers or not. But heres why I really don't want to do that. Unless someone else agrees to play with you, you can't sit back and chill and troll like the game was made for. It would lead to it's extinction. I enjoy randomly hopping on the game and blasting a few faces off. I'm sure others enjoy that too. But if there are private servers, you and a friend have to agree to play against each other and teams are then impossible. Banding together with a group of friends against all the odds, all the players, would be impossible. Personally I'd find that really sad, but i'll see what you all have to say. Also, I agree that my contact with people as it were is really really down
  in the dump. I can try to work on that, but i've never been good at that part of things. This is part of the reason for STW's admin team. About that btw, I could have an admin team, but not to stop trolling and messing around. That's what this game is for. If there needs to be more rule breaking moderation I can work on that, but it would really only be for cheat provension. If your getting trolled to much on redspot and your actually taking offense to it, then you could just A, log off completely, or B, change your name. Trust me, you guys have hardly scene anything. Unlike you conner ware you needed stoner to rally everyone together, coming on the game as SamTupy is what rallies everyone together. I come on that game a lot with a very random name so that I am not mass killed.

I actually like redspot as it is now, I don't mind trolling and insults, this kind of games is usually used to relax and get rid of the daily stress by going on a killing rampage. I hunt only the people that hunted me for several times or the players that I know that they are good enough to have a nice match, or sometimes I will just target a random person if i'm bored and there's noone around me. As danny said, this is not for the faint hearted or for the ones that feel offended quickly. Heck sometimes I like trols because some of them pull some really nice jokes, I preffer to laugh even if it's directed towards me. I mean, this is just a game, you can say what ever you want, they are just words. Adding a responsible team of admins to this game and imposing strict rules is like trying to moderate the second world war, you'll never get rid of the trols because they are the ones that like this kind of games, you'll end up playing by yourself because th
 ere'd be nomore players to ban.

@nocturnus Stop rigging my nentendo gamecube to crap out everytime I go and do a fatality on mk deadly alliance, no, it can't be me, i'm the worlds gratest mk player. Rofl. Sounds like a match between me and my brother on mk trilijy. I remember one match where he had just finished giving me my dayly beating, only for me to some how win, I can't remember how, I think I mashed every button on the controler. For quite a few minutes after he kept stating I one because he let me win. Talking of cheats, a fun trick I always used to do is have my brothers look up cheatcodes for the games I had, we'd put them in, and after i'd save them to memory card. A lot of games you could do that and it'd behave as if you had actually gotten all that stuff.

Hi,Well, I agree with most of the people on this three, but keep in mind, you can't just say godhead and ignore said person. I don't like stoner myself and once he even said he was gonna report me to Sam for sending him a pm. Yet, he says/does all this shit to you? [[wow]], what an idiot. He is also apparently getting people to go after you  on a game, so you can't just ignore the people unless you either go offline and come back later or you report it to sam, which, he's known for not really replying to people until he feels like it.

I agree with Danny as well. See, this is also why I believe an FPS like this, especially one where the objective is to run around and get the maximum number of kills, should have multiple servers. A game like this is meant to play with friends... --or anybody I guess, which is why if you did just want to play with friends, you could set up a private server and not worry about this. The 2 or 3 who brought this up were right: FPS games are where the trolls, jokers, loud mouth types go, though of course there are some that aren't like that and just want to do some good old killing with their friends for a while. That said, a centralized server... is a horrible idea. It's hard enough moderating an online MMO with objectives, seeing that cheaters still exist there, and spam and trolling gets thrown around. But a game where there is no object other than to have fun for a few minutes on Saturday afternoon? Yeah good luck with that. People are less likely to attempt to ban evade
  if they get banned from, say, Mean Old Steve's Server of Trolls... They can go get on another server or make one.

I totally agree with Danny here.While there are spammers and cheaters I personally feel that the game should handle anti spam code and anti cheat code and the occasional mod intervention (to prevent abuse or extreme cases) rather  than a buncha shitty 14 years old with no judgement what so ever.FPS's are for trolls and tuff people, except shit in it. At least kill 'em all fps's like redspot. Suck it up, bitches.I also like stoner. If you're an idiot, he, nor I, won't like you, but if you're smart we will.

Even then, there is an exploit floating around that allows you to bypass the allow cheats setting, which, for obvious reasons, I won't reveal here. However I've seen people spam and spam away just because they keep getting killed.

Guys, I hate to break it to you but this isn't exactly new in the world of fps's, i'll go through a few examples. First mainstreem. Have you ever been on xbox live? No? OK then, well here's a bit of a heads up. A lot of the people on their arn't nice. Don't believe me? Go into a call of dudie match. I've seen people who practicly swair at others until their lungs burst, some will go so far as to make comments towards their target's mother or other family members in an effert to annoy, and when they get killed, some people can get rather, ahem, loud mouthed, I should know seeing as I have a brother who used to do this exact sort of thing when playing these types of games. Or even on halo, their's quite a few videos on youtube where people shout, scream, and cuss at each other all for getting killed constantly. Then we have the audio game fps's. This will be more in line with cheating since this is also a discussion on cheating. So, 
 you remember audio quake? You know, that game everyone played in 2009 or 2010? I distinctly remember quite a few people on their who most of the players classed as cheaters, and while I was not on regular enough to see any insults fly back and forth, i'm sure their were some and everyone sirtenly didn't have a problem with using vulgur names. To the best of my knolige, even with 3 servers, I barely remember the admins doing anything about the cheaters or the afensive names, in fact i've never seen anyone get band on any audio quake server. Then what about rtr. Everyone is no dout aware of the ol cheat uncle susie. Now, excluding the hole server list ishue, their were those servers who refused uncle susie by setting the option, and those who just tried to tell people please don't do it or you get band. And yet people still did it. What i'm trying to say is, a non objective fps as nocturnus put it, is, at its very core, for the immature. These types of games a
 rn't for the feint of heart, no matter if you put in an admin team or not. Do keep in mined what exactly your doing, your going on a game where people's sol objective is to shoot each other until their brains splatter out until they've had enough. Which means that fowl language is going to fly, and if you spit fowl language back , your probably going to get hert and its probably not going to be nice, even if their's an admin around. The best thing you can do to play these sorts of games is tuffen up and try throwing back some of your own insults, or if you can't do that, then your better off just walking away. This is exactly why fps games have multiple servers.

@nocturnus, the thing about rs is that its poppular enough that you will certainly almost never be on a server where you have only your friends. There will always be at least a few other players who don't know you. I think the main reason the mob behavior started happening was because either people participated in fear of being targeted themselves, or simply wanted to suck up to stoner and the rest of the beta team to get a spot themselves.

FPS with no objective and a ton of everybody...  Not my kind of game for every single post and statement made above, which will always be the case with an FPS without objectives... No, killing everyone around you in a game where everyone else is killing everyone around you is not an objective; it's a distraction.  Even if you add in the concept of ranks or experience or the ability to get the gigantic titanic titanium titan uber ultra mega powered projectile nuclear holocaust hlauncher of doom the end result is the same; a ton of noise for nothing.  If you're lucky enough to get the server to yourself and play with your friends and only your friends things get rather fun rather fast, until the new guy comes along and um... Well, refer to post 1.  It's not fun for the new guy if you and your friends don't like him even just a little.  Staffed or not, an FPS like this will always be a nightmare for you to complain about... You either like
  it or you don't, but experience for the sake of experience is not experience, getting tons of pointage to move faster and allowing you to relax yourself is only slightly fairer to you, and the holocaust launcher is just a holocaust waiting to happen for a ton of somebodies.

Although, I do agree there needs to be some kind of control for people going offline because they're shot and just want to spawn up in a different place without dying. Sam had to ban several people because you'd taser them and they'd go offline before you could kill, -- and forget using poison because people will just go off for that too. See, I think the poison message is annoying, but whatever. Quake does it too on things like fireballs... so I honestly don't care. But if he could remove it and just play the sound, that would be great.

see guys, here's my Point, stoner would say that he never insulted someone, sam is not around and there is actually no proof cause as far as i know the game doesn't have loging, but if we had an admin team and one of the were around they could proov that stoner did what you guys are saying that he did. it's simple as this, if a game is paied ther eneds to be admin or a dev which can be around all the time, and sam is known to not have time and is hard to get Contact with. there's simply no need of rules since noone can proov when someone brake a rule

This is the problum of pvp, and a centrally hosted server. ANd when would hunting be bad? I hunt on specific players sometimes, simply because there good, never over personal issues. But, agreed about stoner. He literally insults anyone he feels like insulting, which are lots of people.

i fully agree with Connor, i mean sam is planning to make the game paied, he can't be around all the time to ban players who's going offline all the time etc, when sam isn't around people can just do whatever they want. if we have an admin team for rs there were be a meaning of having rules, now the rules are smoe Words and if you brake something nothing is going to happen. that's at least my opinion

Agreed with CToth here. If a game had a moderation team patrolling for "that hurt me" comments all the time, all would happen in the end is bias, drama, anger... etc. You cannot account for insults on a game, though harassment should be looked into if it were to occur. I do agree though that a mute feature needs to be added.

Honestly, it sounds like all the game really needs is an ignore feature.Personally, I lean towards self-administering communities. Give the players the tools to deal with other players, and you never have to have a moderation team with the conflicts of interest, perceptions of favoritism, and all the other downsides it comes with.

***Notice***: Before anyone bashes me for making this a public matter, I have attempted to reason with the people involved, including contacting Sam about it privatly, and none of this has worked, so this is my only choice when it comes to this matter.Hello everyone, over the last week and a half, I have come to the conclusion that redspot needs an admin team and it cannot function well the way it is now. My reasoning is as follows: All of it started about a week ago in Sam Tupy's beta group for the game, where me and the other beta testers were talking about things. I can't remember what the innicial catalyst was, but I ended up throwing a few swear words at malik, another of sam's testers. He insulted back, and I reacted. I was kicked out of the beta group and rightly so, because I fully admit I overreacted in this situation and didn't handle it correctly. However, the things that I said to malik were nothing to what I endured from the other beta tester
 s a few days later until now. A lot of it was on the private server, and mentioning that here wouldn't surve much of a purpice. But much of it also happened in one day on the public redspot server, with other players present. As soon as I logged on with my username "Donald Trump", A player who is also a beta tester for redspot by the name of "StonerFour2o" began harassing me with chats involving calling me an "immature little cunt without a life" and whose only friends are the ones in his "mental home." He proceeded to go after me every chance he got, and the fact there weren't many players online helped in that matter. Specifficly going after a certain person in an fps is probably nothing new and widely accepted, and I have absolutely nothing against it if it is just one person doing it. However, StonerFour2O recruited more people to do the same thing, and soon almost the entire playerbase was hounding me in a linch mob type behavio
 r, forcing me to log out after a while. After the incident on the public server and the one on the private server, StonerFour2O became a little less hostile to me specifficly on the public server, but he still often has no other target other than me when ever I log into redspot and he happens to also be online. I can't say anything about the behavior of sam's other testers on the public server because stoner is the only one I have seen on there until now. But what I think is that situations like these is why mainstream fps's with central servers have admins, to ensure scinarios like the one described above don't happen. I should be fully allowed and able to log into and out of the game as I please without having to watch out for people who have nothing better to do than troll me, and only me, until they get bored or I log out in frustration. I will say again that I am not faultless, because I was originally the one who started this whole thing. But My opinion is 
 that this has gone way too far. I've received waaay too much shit back from the people involved with this simply for cursing at someone a few times, and by the way, having nothing to reinforce your claims of me being an immature little retard with no life or friends other than "fuck off," "shut up, your words don't matter," or "bleed cunt bleed," shows your own maturity quite well. This is why the public server at least should get an admin team to deal with things like this. Do with this rant what you will, but I've said my piece for now.
