Copyright laws don't give a crap if a product is out of print or not. Copyright is still copyright even if the developer has stopped supporting it. So from a pure question if whether it is illegal or not, yes, it most certainly is. I'm not saying whether I agree with it or not, I play emulated games on occasion myself. But from a pure legal standpoint, yes, this is considered piracy. I beat it many times without sighted assistance, and you can have an ai partner to help you out with combat. When you start the game for the first time, you will have to choose between Spanish and English in that order, then enter your name with the keyboard but the rest is perfectly doable. The manual describes the menus and options so you can put 2 and 2 together. Yes you get anual releases but once they hit, support for the previous release seems to stop. NO backwards compatability support or anything. The reason I bring this up is because lately a couple of people have contacted me wondering if there's piracy going on here. This is a grey area to me and one that I do not, exactly, know how to respond to for the reasons I've mentioned above. If something's no longer supported by a developer, then, surely it's up to a community to preserve it, if they so wish?I'd argue this is not like a book, or movie. Movies and books keep on getting republished. Not so with some of these games. I haven't heard a peep from Nether Realm, for instance, about MK Deception, Unchained, etc, since the mk vs dc universe days, and now we're on to mk9, mk10, and mk11.You can still buy some of these on Amazon and ebay from various sellers, but what happens to them when all those discs are gone? BT sync Guys, was gunna post a Hatsune Miku game, But the menus aren't even accessible, I had to press and figure out them, and on top of that, ya know how vocaloids are made up of sillables, well terns out that, you have to press on each sillable, to keep Miku from not shutting her mouth on you, And O, you also have to know the songs! I only got past the world is mine, and that's because I knew that one. O and on top of that, it's also a rhythm game! so, is pressing to the beet and keeping all sillables in really hard? BT sync I have some of the emulators, what I need is some of the games from the BT sync folder. does anyone have a secret code to join this folder? if I have joined the folder, I have something else to add, it's a game for PS2 and PSp called harvey birdman attorney at law, an adventure game based on a TV show with the same name. this game is pretty much playable, but if you play it for the first time, you need to memmorize everything, using save states will help if you choose a wrong item. I have configured the emulators! for now, The emulator that I would recommend is Psx. it's a grate emulator especialy if you're on a slower computer. to all blind and VI users, this emulator works better in fullscreen moad. Fullscreen command is alt enter. Removed MK tril as i've said, I really can't get a working coppy of that game. If someone can help me with this, that would be much appreeshiated. My friend Madotsuki, took the time to pach this with a mod so that you won't have to click the mouse for anything ecsept for reading tootorial texts. and I should also mention, that she had made a savestate with each game and its tutorial to ferther eliminate mouse use. so now you can play games like fan club, munchy monc, and more! have fun playing RH!
