It's not a good idea to ask "is there any secrets?" for my games because the answer is always true and the number of secrets is usually more than everyone would expect. Especially, if you haven't played the game yet.

The translation isn't complete, but you can change it to English by pressing e when the intro is playing. If you're using the clipboard and have the game set to Japanese, yes JGT will translate it.
