It has its own scripting language, and it's something else to learn, but that really does mean the customizability and features are much less limited. Hmm, maybe try the Sharpkeys program to remap something they don't use like scroll lock and insert to page up and down?First though, if your friend has a function key on their computer, try function right and left or function up and down arrows, that could work.
